Tension mounts: Moderate string of earthquakes rattle the globe

December 4, 2011CALIFORNIAA moderate string of earthquakes have rattled tectonic plate boundaries across the globe- a possible indication that a potential larger-scale seismic quake could erupt as a stress release. Growing seismic disturbances along the Caribbean plate, the Pacific Plate near Kermadec, New Zealand and Southeast Asia, and Alaska have reverberated in tremors across the planet. Indonesia, Taiwan and New Zealand were hit by mid-magnitude tremors this morning followed by the moderate earthquake eruption of a 4.9 and a 5.2 along the divergent boundary of the North Mid-Atlantic Ridge which separates the North American Plate from the Eurasian plate. That was followed by a quick succession of progressively moderate earthquakes including a 5.1 near Kermadec, a 5.2 south of Baja, California, a 5.3 near the east coast of Kamchatka, and a 5.4 and 5.2 magnitude earthquake in Papua and Seram, Indonesia. 5.2 magnitude earthquakes also struck off the coast of Honshu Japan and near the coastline of E. Papua New Guinea.  – (c) The Extinction Protocol

It’s been to quiet, something big seismic wise will happen soon.
Where? Who knows but before this year ends, expect a catastrophic event!

This now is starting to look like what is the start of something much bigger. We might likley see a
fairly large string of significant EQ’s along the west coast of the USA before the end of this month.
Significant, meaning.. 7.0+.. more likley on the higher side.

@Good Luck – I live in SoCal, in the valley and it’s been fairly eerie. With a city near Long Beach having parts of the street breaking off into the ocean. I think the majority of us here, are anticipating something major.

Look to the Carribean area I think the Gulf States could be next! El Hierro will erupt in near future and possibly La Palma. Some scientists say the Cascadia fault is 9 months pregnant. San Andreas is 150 years overdue in south. New Madrid is also suspect in mid west. Katla is now active in Iceland and a few others and near Australia. We are in the 15 year of a 33 Volcanism worldwide. Yes, something big is on its way. In Geological terms very soon!

could also just be the earths way of having a big old vent! bit of decompression, to avoid something larger happening! that is also a more positive possibility 🙂

Yes that would be the best outcome. Geologists have new tools at their disposal. I think they are alarmed at recent discoveries. It can’t hurt to prepare for the worse case and know you have a plan. It just might save some lives. Nature is an evolving thing secrets of past events are slowly being unearthed. Fear is a part of us so use it wisely.
