New toxic strain of H5N1 bird flu spreading fast in Vietnam

September 9, 2012 – VIETNAM – A new highly-toxic strain of the potentially deadly bird flu virus has appeared in Vietnam and is spreading fast, according to state media reports. The strain appeared to be a mutation of the H5N1 virus which swept through the country’s poultry flocks last year, forcing mass culls of birds in affected areas, according to agriculture officials. The new virus “is quickly spreading and this is the big concern of the government”, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Diep Kinh Tan said, according to a Thursday report in the VietnamNet online newspaper. Experts cited in the report said the new virus appeared in July and had spread through Vietnam’s northern and central regions in August. Outbreaks have been detected in six provinces so far and some 180,000 birds have been culled, the Animal Health department said. The Central Veterinary Diagnosis Centre said the virus appeared similar to the standard strains of bird flu but was more toxic. The centre will test how much protection existing vaccines for humans offer, the report said. Some experts suggested that the new strain resulted from widespread smuggling of poultry from China into the northern parts of Vietnam. According to the World Health Organization, Vietnam has recorded one of the highest numbers of fatalities from bird flu in Southeast Asia, with at least 59 deaths since 2003. The avian influenza virus has killed more than 330 people around the world, and scientists fear it could mutate into a form readily transmissible between humans, with the potential to cause millions of deaths. -BP

  This is an illegal man-made virus, made in at least two research labs. This virus tested had an average of 50 Percent fatality. It is extremely dangerous. It was not a natural modification of a virus but two University researchers with their teams were secretly funded over seven years and genetically engineered a new Pandemic virus made from prior strains of H5N1 to make it become air-borne and to pass from animals to humans, and then human to human.using Ferrets as test subjects. They created a Pandemic weapon and did not destroy this virus after creating it. or share any antidote for this virus, and are withholding the truth from the world’s public
  .Demand these viruses be entirely destroyed and not used to kill any animals or people.Demand the ANTIDOTES be published if the virus research is published. Demand the public be given antidotes, not just vaccines since these viruses, like Chemical Weapons, were CREATED and would never have mutated in these ways in Nature.
  The World Health Organization (WHO) already knows about this, so does NDABB of the NIH allowing the virus to stay alive and publishing the research without an antodote.
  THEY AND THE RESEARCHERS WHO MADE THE VIRUS MUST DESTROY THE VIRUS SAMPLES EVERYWHERE THEY ARE BEING KEPT OR HELD, FOR THE SAFETY AND SURVIVAL OF THE PLANET AND NONE OF THESE GENETICALLY ENGINEERED VIRUSES SHOULD BE TESTED.OR USED ON ANY HUMAN OR ANIMAL OR BIRD POPULATIONS
  IF THEY CAUSED OR CAUSE ANY DEATHS, ALL PARTIES WHO ALLOWED THE VIRUS TO BE KEPT ALIVE OR USED, FOR ANY PURPOSE, SHOULD BE CRIMINALLY PROSECUTED WITHOUT AMNESTY OR PARDON., INCLUDING THE TWO MEN WHO MADE IT.

Probably lack of care and something different than the “brid flu” they taunted a few years back, which poultry are usually immune too. The Bird Flu they spoke of is common and natural in Migratory Waterfowl, but waterfowl it’s is susceptible to it. Probably Marek or New Castle, Sinusitis, worming, or other diseases due to filthily conditions. Thats common in 3rd world and even in large operations here in the USA.
