Volcanic tipping point? Iceland shaken by swarms of earthquakes

Massive tremors are seen along the divergent plate boundary running through Iceland. The story for Iceland is the same as east Africa, and the South Pacific region- tensile and seismic pressures are increasing on tectonic plates as the processes driving these earthchanges intensify. Hekla, one of the largest strato-volcanoes in Iceland has also experienced tremors.  –The Extinction Protocol

I fear we are all in peril and will be in a position of inescapable danger in the coming months.
Mother nature has showed us lately ( especially in recent months) that she can be very unpredictable and severe and when all these “Earth Changes” begin to escalate in a more violent fashion worldwide, it will be then when the majority of the masses begins to realize just how serious this all really is but unfortunately by then it will be too late for many and as a whole, our species will be put to the ultimate test as we try to survive in an ever-changing, unpredictable and very violent climate that seeks to destroy us from ground, ocean and air. Pray and be vigilant and hold your faith that a better life awaits us all after the long night.

    • Well said! Its amazing that this has been prophesied for thousands of years and it has been kept from us by the elite who have built their safe places in the Earth as the volcanic prophecy of 2012, led by fiery giant Surt of Iceland, goes into fulfilment, and we are left with nowhere to hide. Yet indeed you are right Levi – a long nigh is coming but it is not the end – a new Heaven and a new Earth will rise, it is the time of a volcanic return of land that was lost as Atlantis fell – Baldur, Quetzalcoatl, Kukulkan, this is the time of the gods returning, but the northern hemisphere for the most will be frozen beneath a thick layer of ice and new land will rise near the equator and the Golden Age will be far to the south.

The inflation spikes in the GPS data suggests an dike intrusion. How deep is hard to say since there where no earthquakes following this. But that also suggests that the magma was travelling already open pathways.

What I fear that this means that an fissure eruption is going to take place this time around. But it is hard to be sure on that until it actually happens.

    • If it erupts…and if; it would depend on the size of the eruption. The volcano is known for emitting massive amounts of tephra and ash. As a matter of fact, 10% of all the tephra deposits ever escavated in Iceland are said to be attributable to Hekla- so the volcano is a big deal. It also towers above many of Iceland’s glacial volcanoes, so it has reach and capacity. If it was a very powerful eruption a (VEI5 or VEI6), it could make the 2010 event look like child’s play. The effects on the Icelandic landscape could be equally devastating if agricultural lands were inundated with ash in the midst of a growing season. We hope for the moment, she continues her slumber.
