    Question:
How many quakes does this area *normally* have ??

624 quakes in a week does sound rather excessive….. I am just wondering what the ‘norm’ is for this area, as a point of reference.

    Thank you for the update.

So, that is about 3 times as many quakes as normal…..

    Thanks for posting both maps.

Since I have family in Nevada, I pay extra attention to this area. Definitely uptip in activity recently. Also, a couple in the 4 mag. range in Nevada.
