January 12, 2016 – In his final State of the Union address, President Obama delivered a solemn message to the world. He warned: “We live in a time of extraordinary change and whether we like it or not, the pace of this change will only accelerate. Change is reshaping the way we live, the way we work, our planet, and our place in the world.”
July 2016 – EARTH CRISIS – Change is accelerating across the planet. Archaic institutions are vying for control, desperately clinching to old paradigms of order that are becoming increasingly more irrelevant in a world that is now shifting and changing almost daily. The list of nation states that are now failing is growing. Global debt is increasing. Nations are secretly and openly preparing for war. Financial institutions are in negative interest rate territory, even as the stock market is skyrocketing not because of basic economic fundamentals but because of the over-zealous financial actions and policies enacted by Central Banks to monetize debt. Radicalized Islamic fundamentalism has accelerated its war of terror across the West – thinking the long-prophesied Armageddon is near. The violence against civilians will only worsen from here. The attacks in our cities will only become more frequent and numerous. Population stress-factors like disease, multiculturalism, economic down-turns, civil war, terrorism, climate change, geological disasters, and stagnant food production will continue to unsettle societies across the planet, as global order continues to erode and solutions to the world’s worsening dilemma become scarce. We are witnessing unprecedented change to the world in our lifetimes and that revolutionary change is only just beginning.
We are rapidly approaching the axis in human history that we have all known about but dreaded. The next six months could prove extremely challenging for some nation states. It is strongly suggested that you prepare yourself for any eventualities that could arise from this change. Remember, the only people who fear the future are those who are unprepared for it. Whenever I hear of turmoil, I think of: “The POWERS of the Heavens will be shaken”:

Perhaps, socio-political upheaval IS the “pole-shift” that so many fear – the world itself is turning upside down, and, it would seem, we are powerless to stop it . . . except, as you suggest, how we prepare for it.
And, finally (forgive this “random and discursive” post . . .), about six months ago, a friend of mine who is an atheist found a KJV Bible inside a cabinet at an abandoned, burned-out house, and he gave it to me, because he couldn’t bring himself to pitch it in the dumpster; it has become a precious possession to me, because a non-believer respected it enough to pass it along to someone to whom it DOES matter, but every time I crack it open, it opens to Ezekiel, to Isaiah, to Amos, to Nahum and REPEATEDLY, it warns (they warn) of judgment against Babylon for its idolatry, against Judah for its idolatry . . . and the US is an idolatrous nation (if not an outright modern Babylon). The ONLY HOPE WE HAVE IS OBEDIENCE TO GOD. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE – if this comment makes sense to anyone who might read it – PLEASE RESEARCH what idolatry IS, because modern Christianity is GUILTY. The blood of Christ and grace of God may cover our sins . . . but King David, whose sins are well known, was a man after God’s own heart BECAUSE he bowed to NO foreign god EVER. It (Thou shalt have no other god but ME) may well be the first commandment for a reason.
