It is very important to recognize that the sky of this region is covered with icy aerosols of Tropospheric Solar Radiation & Water Management.

The picture within the article shows lower (under 2km) cumulus clouds and over 6km massive closed cirrus clouds. These cirri are not of natural origin. They are built intentionally by blowing out fine particle dust in heights between ca. 6km & 12km to bound the tropospheric water, keep it at this height corridor, let it be transported and fall in the target region.

The target regions are assumably naturally water poor desert regions, where water is needed for extensive & intensive agriculture and hydraulic fracturing of fossil oil & gas.

    • One doesn’t need a conspiracy to see the planet is changing. If anyone hasn’t seen the change, they’re either in denial or have their head in the ground – if the latter; they’re the fodder for lawnmowers, not websites.
