A 6.3 magnitude earthquake has struck East Timor, west of the capital Dili

November 2015 INDONESIA A 6.3 magnitude earthquake has struck East Timor. The epicenter of the earthquake was 83 km west of the capital Dili, and was 143 km deep, the United States Geological Survey said. There was minor damage but no immediate report of casualties from the earthquake. The USGS is reporting there have been three earthquakes in East Timor since Tuesday. The other two quakes measured at 5.7 and 4.9 in magnitude. –SBS
