6.1 magnitude earthquake strikes Indonesia

February 4, 2014INDONESIAThe U.S. Geological Survey says a magnitude-6.1 earthquake has been recorded in Indonesia. The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center has no warning in effect. The Geological Survey report says the quake hit 197 miles (318 kilometers) east of Dili, East Timor, just after 1730 GMT. The quake’s depth was recorded at 11 miles (18 kilometers). Indonesia is located on the Pacific “Ring of Fire,” an arc of volcanoes and fault lines encircling the Pacific Basin. –ABC News

    thank you so, so much for compiling all this info so we can easily connect the dots..If I didn’t come here and even went with what respectable global news sources were reporting, i’d be in the dark.
    I’ve realized i’ve become SO distracted by worldly things that mean nothing in the long run…it’s easy these days with social media and the internet.

    Anyway, there’s so much going on in that area all of a sudden…do you think this points to anything in particular Alvin?

    Alvin, you did say a few years ago that as significant earth changes began, it would start in the far east. Well, lately that is what is developing it would seem. 19 volcanoes in one country, well, that has never been heard of. Just a guess but it would seem that not only a major earth change crisis but also a major human crisis is developing in Indonesia.
    I am not crying wolf. The ring of fire is living up to its name.
