How the universe works: Clockwork and Creation

Scientists have discovered that our solar system is very unique. Earth is located in a star system that is by no means the norm in space. As a matter of fact, our solar system appears to be the exception. A stunning exception, in the way it’s laid out to actually foster the very conditions on Earth which makes life possible. In the universe at large, chaos, explosions, and mind-bending collisions between massive celestial bodies appear to be commonplace. After you watch this video, you may never see our little blue planet quite the same again.

    The Genesis account has it correct. There is a simple explanation between Gen 1:3 and vs 14. The six thousand years of our existence is about to wrap up. Per Luke 2; Jesus was born ~the 9th of September – one week past Roman tax day on the Day of the Festival of Trumpets. One may get this date from Daniel. I’ll stick with the scriptural account.     I didn’t get to watch all of this video, but what I did see is a fascinating testament to the fact that an intelligent being created the earth and all in it, just as the Bible says. Regrettably, scientists still refuse to believe it. They continue to give evolution credit for such a complex system that was obviously created for the purpose of sustaining life. I guess its too simple an explanation for their unintelligible minds? Or, could it be that giving God credit is not the “professional” thing to do? I’m really sad for these people!

      The Bible gives the Reader’s Digest version of creation of our solar system, not the Universe. Read the Enuma Elish, the Sumerian version of Creation, much more detailed.
      Scientists are controlled by the ability to get funded and the ‘accepted’ history, no publication if the line is not toed.

    Alvin,I have been away for sometime ….is there something unusual taking place with the sun?I have seen a few Internet posts on holes on the suns surface.This is really the only site I look to for validation of Internet news.thanks r

      Hi Radiogirl. I think there is always something unusual happening with our star. It’s a massive system and that means the odds are extraordinarily high for unpredictable and random behavior that cannot be quantified by present scientific models. See latest post…

    I am glad they studied this and came to scientific conclusion as they did but I love the fact that they have come to see what the bible has been suggesting all along.

    “Scientists have discovered that our solar system is very unique” I would love to know the science behind this statement, considering that science still has not found the boundaries of the universe.
    Whether it is limited or boundless, is still unanswered. So what have scientists discovered outside of their local observations?
    The distances between us and even our nearest star is so colossal, that chaos within our galaxy is in some ways meaningless. Space as a measurable entity is still for me anyway, outside of any comprehension. Saying our Earth is unique in baseless, until we know every Sun in the universe.
    Not going to happen any time soon, we do not even know every galaxy in the universe.

    Science refuses to acknowledge that the earth is the absolute of unique. Should this stance be taken because of overwhelming evidence that suggests the condition is commonplace? Should this consideration be taken only because of the vastness of space and infinitesimal galaxies for which conditions could be duplicated elsewhere? No example exists for which this assumption could be reached. This leaves science in the ultimate position of defiance, as its own “laws”, are violated to become a faith based position in itself. The vastness of space is not evidence of recurrence, it is witness to the unique condition created for the children of God to enjoy.

    I don’t think planet orbits are actually that stable. Every once in a while for some reason I believe that they shift orbital positions. Earth may have shifted before, and it used to have more dense atmosphere and was actually more tropical prior to the ice age. Of course, I do not believe anything is a coindience.

    Well done video. A comment: ever since I first learned about gravity, I have been struck by its exponentially diminishing power over distance and have always wondered how gravity could possibly remain strong enough to be the primary attractant force in the universe. And given that the cause of gravitational force is a *completely unknown* phenomenon, it is hazardous to maintain that gravity does it all. Realistically, how can we base all of our cosmological assumptions on an undefined force? I suggest a closer look at the Electric Universe Hypothesis as an useful alternative. The electrical-conductive properties of the plasma filaments (which are totally ubiquitous in the universe) may very well provide the primary electromagnetic attractant force that we interpret as gravity based on our earth-bound experience. The video comes close in its conclusion when it states that the universe is connected through filaments but veers off into the quasi-science of gravity for the ultimate explanation. Electrical force diminishes in only a linear fashion making it potentially a much stronger attractant force over the reaches of the universe.
