Solar watch: Earth hit by back to back geomagnetic storms

June 29, 2013 – SPACEEARTH-DIRECTED CME:  When the current spate of geomagnetic storms is over, another could follow close on its heels. A coronal mass ejection (CME), pictured below, is expected to deliver a glancing blow to Earth’s magnetic field late on June 30th or early on July 1st. The cloud was propelled in our direction during the early hours of June 28th when magnetic filaments around sunspot AR1777 erupted. The explosion registered approximately C4 on the Richter Scale of Solar Flares. Because the CME is not heading squarely toward Earth, there is still a chance that it will miss. Stay tuned for updates as the arrival time approaches. – Space Weather

YES SOLAR ACTIVITY expected during eleven year cycle Solar Flare Maximum. Google Solar Sacrifices of the Human kind, part one and part two, by Peter Knopfler. He also wrote, “Don`t let the sun catch you crying” the article, not the old Song.

“…deliver a glancing blow to Earth’s magnetic field late on June 30th or early on July 31st…” Obviously they mean July 1st?

  3. Is there an error in the dates? i.e. June 30 or July 31. July? I thought they were speaking about current CME’s, i.e. end of June.

Anything to do with gulfstream change and heat? I know many volcanoes going as well. But thought this would cause cooling or do they have to completely blow to cause cooling.

    • Volcanoes erupt because of a buildup of heat and pressures within the planet’s interior. There are oceanic resevoirs of magma within the planet’s interior which is greater than all the water in the world’s oceans combined. See the latest post and you begin to get an idea of the power of the sun in magmatic fire and heat burning in the ground below our feet. The world has little idea of the powerful forces held in delicate equilibrium beneath us, which if unleashed, could easily decimate all life on this planet in the blink of an eye.

July 31st? or June 31st. Hard to believe the impact from a CME, particles at up to 1 million miles an hour, would take a month to travel about 98 million miles.

Yes, global volcanic eruption is on the way. By looking at the map here, we could expect human population would be reduced much, later : http://www.volcanodiscovery.com/erupting_volcanoes.html
