Dog stands guard over deceased owner’s grave for six years
This entry was posted in Earth Changes. Bookmark the permalink.
I don’t know which to believe about this story. I read the family took the dog one time and no one can figure out how he managed to find the grave once he returned. Now this says otherwise. But I also see this is from Yahoo news. The news I read was from overseas- don’t remember if it was England, France or Russia. I usually read these 3 papers. I just wonder about the news. Are we being told the truth? Not just this story but many, many others. And this story is minute in comparison to the really important issues. Do you see what I mean?

Sad that you are not appreciating the true beauty of this story. Obviously you have never truly loved or cared for a dog… You really missed out….Spend less time reading three papers daily and enjoy the animals around you. You will be surprised what you may learn! They are a lot smarter than many people understand or give them credit for!!

Yes! I do! And you are correct to question. Just the latest story is the ’cause/ over the embassy attacks being due to some barely seen (at least before the news accused the vid) you tube video. Yet, these papers that report this, has there journalists (on the ground) stating as FACT that it was planned!!! Hmmm.

Though, this article is sweet, regardless. Dogs are gifts to us by God. They have done so much for man, helping to hunt, alert to medical problems, dangers, even are our eyes. I also feel that Dolphins are the same as dogs, but for fishermen/ those on the water.

Doesn’t this just break your heart. Animals could teach us a thing or two about loyalty.

This posting reminds me of the report regarding the military working dog that stood guard over his
handlers casket after he was killed in action.
We, human beings, under estimate the animal kingdom in regard to intelligence, love and loyalty I think. I wonder what is the motivation that drives this animal to do this for this long? I wonder if the dog feels he needs to protect his master? I would be interested to know what the spiritual relationship the owner had. I think we all have heard stories that so tear the pyschological fabric of a person they never recover in their life time. The day that person died or what ever the situation was, they also died, but still live. Just to throw this out, I wonder if the animal kingdom is far more sensitive/intune to the spiritual world that we realize?
Just an observation, a comment

I remember reading that report Dennis E. And I do believe that animals are sensitive to the spiritual world. They are not encumbered by the world like we are. I’ve watched animals grieve when one of their companions die or go missing. I’ve rescued cats that have shown a sense of gratitude. Animals have an intelligence that we’ll never understand.
And yes, I cried too when I read this. Thank you for this touching story.

This story makes me happy, that dog is awesome! I love hearing good stories, far too many bad stories out there & there are A LOT of good stories to be told but sadly most people enjoying living in fear & anger thus they only want the bad stories to feed their fear & anger. If good stories got reported then people would be MUCH happier, & so on

Dogs are a gift to mankind, they love us unconditionally. I would not want to live my life without a dog by my side. I can almost hear him crying when he saw his family. This brings tears to my eyes. Thank you for sharing this love story.

Beautiful story. Up until recent times, 6 o’clock marked the end of a day. Such love and devotion, perhaps we could take a lesson from the dog on that.

Beautiful story. Who said that animals don’t have a soul? Deep down, we all are the same, woven threads emanating from the One Creator.

Is it possible that no one here heard of ”Hachiko”!?
Hachikō (ハチ公?, November 10, 1923 – March 8, 1935) –
Hachiko was brought to Tokyo in 1924 by his owner, a college professor named Hidesamuro Ueno. Each day, when Ueno left for work, Hachiko would stand by the door to watch him go. When the professor came home at 4 o’clock, Hachiko would go to the Shibuya Station to meet him.
Though this simple act alone shows a tremendous amount of loyalty, that’s not the end of it: The following year, Ueno died of a stroke while at the university. Hachiko didn’t realize that he was gone, and so the dog returned to the train station every single day to await his master. He became such a familiar presence there, in fact, that the station master set out food for the dog and gave him a bed in the station. Even so, Hachiko never shifted loyalties –every day at 4 o’clock, he hopefully waited by the tracks as the train pulled in, searching for his best friend’s face among the people getting off.
Hachiko’s love for his master impressed many people who passed through the station, including one of Ueno’s former students, who became fascinated by the Akita breed after seeing Hachiko. He discovered that there were only 30 Akitas living in Japan, and began to write articles about Hachiko and his remarkable breed, turning the world’s most loyal dog into a household name, and creating a resurgence in popularity for the Akita.
Hachiko died in 1935, after 10 long years of waiting for his master. But the dog would not be forgotten –a year before his death, Shibuya Station installed a bronze statue of the aging dog, to honor its mascot. Though the statue was melted down during World War II, a new version was created in 1948 by the son of the original artist. Go to the station now, and you’ll be able to see the bronze statue of Hachiko – still waiting, as ever, for his master to come home.

Hachi-is a similar dog story about extraordinary (or should I say extrasensory) love and attachment. My husband and I sobbed inconsolably at the end of the Hachi film. Dennis E., I hope to occupy a tiny space on this planet when people finally resonate with collective understanding and know that all living things are sentient beings. I wonder what Captain is thinking on his ethereal watch. Captain seems to have been appointed the eternal guardian of Miguel Guzman. I am curious to know what time of day Miguel passed and under what circumstances he died? Where was Captain when it occurred?

Truly a dog is a man’s best friend.Touching story but secure in the knowledge that the poor dog has a second home and is cared for by kind people. It is just possible that the dog picked up a continued scent without a break and found his way to his destination (his masters grave).I may be wrong and would not wish to be too dogmatic about….excuse the pun. Some animals are more loyal than some human beings.
Kind Regards to Alvin and our readers.

There is a similar Australian story. A video was made of it called ‘Red Dog’. It is well worth finding and watching. There has been some artistic license taken but overall a real story about a real dog. Be warned that it is quite sad in parts.
