24 Responses to Iran begins construction of $300 million anti-aircraft missile base

I still say we waited too long if this was to happen. In 1991 and 2003 we had two very large air fleets deployed available to destroy Iran’s nuclear program.
I am beginning to think, this is a staged crisis for more control.
    Perhaps I think too much.
If it was to happen, i believe it will change our world as we know it.

    just my opinion……….

When I wrote about the crisis getting to this point in 2009 in The Extinction Protocol; some people told me they thought it would never happen. However, in 2012; here we are. The danger is, this could very easily morph into a chemical or nuclear conflict if we’re not careful. Then, all bets are off.

“With global economies already weakened by the financial firestorm of 2008; any major disruption or even an escalation of prices in energy supplies could lead to widespread civil unrest and could hasten a global economic collapse.” The Extinction Protocol, page 67

We’re only one event away from everything on this planet going into a non-maneauverable tailspin. The final events will happen in quick succession, and they will come as both a shock and surprise to the masses. Remember the admonition of Christ.

I just felt is was unusual for Israel to keep showing its hand in regard
to publicly announcing a strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities unless someone with inside information is tempting to hinder should there be a strike by leaking information regarding possible dates.
        But I agree with you………..
Speaking of civil unrest……Have you heard that it is alleged that The department of homeland security(DHS) and Immigration (ICE) has made a second request for 450 million rounds of hollow point ammunition? The first request was for 740 million or so.
Social Security has allegedly made an order of about 176,000 and another federal agency has a request also. This was on Fox News and on the internet. What got Fox’s attention was the order for the National weather Service in Florida but someone said that was a clerical error. Well, parts of the American Public is armed to the teeth and beyond and right now the country seems to be very tensed… In my area there has been an increase in home invasions and two days ago a former pastor was killed in an home invasion when he heard a noise and went to investigate.

Pray that the Lord watches over us……

      • No doubt; but the attack cannot be a surprise anymore, so you confuse your enemy only on the date you’re going to strike. In the Art of War, it’s better to have a known enemy that a perceived one.

And when this happens, you won’t see the country pull together the way we did in WWII: rather, just the opposite – very sad indeed…

      • Well, things are vastly different now than they were in World War II; you’re right. It was a different generation and a different mentality.

*Most Americans lived on farms or in rural settings, where many grew their own food
*US oil production hadn’t peaked and the U.S. supplied oil to all the Allies in Europe to help win the war
*US budget deficits were not astronomical as they are now
*You didn’t have the socio-economic disparity in the U.S. as you do now
*The country’s food supply wasn’t under threat from massive climate change events

You shall not get no argument from I that the current leader of Iran is potentially dangerous. However, I find it very hypocritical on our part to tell who can & can not have nuclear weapons, we we dropped 2 atom bombs on 2 cities murdering hundreds of thousands of innocent civilians…..logically one can argue it is the United States that should be banned from having them being we actually used them

I have been talking about this scenerio since the 1970s.
Gog and Magog are Russia and Iran……………. for many years they have had a secret pact to work together and for Russia to go to their aid in the case of attack. Theirs is an alliance that will ensure a spearhead into the Middle East not just Israel but all who would oppose and ally with the west.

We are truly on the verge of Armageddon.

Considering the previous post about Isreal contemplating an attack on Iran, and now this one, I don’t know of a way out of this situation. I believe that sooner or later, war is coming to the Middle East, and that war will be devastating. And the sad part is that most people are oblivious as to what is going on.

As scary and as real this situation has become, I’m just as excited about what it is leading to. I believe the saved are to be spared whatever lies ahead, so, for me, this indicates some real rough times ahead… And also a departure from this world. Exciting indeed!

It’s leading to death on a massive scale. It’s leading to empty gas stations worldwide. It’s an exhibition of the abhorrance that humankind is cabable of. There is no solace at the end of this.
There are no lessons learned here from the life of Christ.
And if God does spare the chosen few, they may well not be your friends, family, or those you care about and love.
I also want change to our world. But war, in this technological age, will never lead us to it, only to oblivion.

It seems the cycle of military investment doesn’t seem to end. If history serves me right, the British had really invested in developing Germany’s army, in order to prevent another ”Napoleon” from rising. Look what this gave us; WW1 & WW2.

Yes we had the atomic bomb and used it on Japan, we had no choice ether that are lose so many more Americans and don’t forget Pearl Harbor. We have had several wars since but have never used any thing like it again, it took a lot of soul searching to even consider it. You think Iran would give a second thought about it? We also don’t go around saying we want to wipe you off the face of the earth nor does Russia or the other countries that have them. We are talking about a different type of people, after Israel were next because they like us so much. Look at the terrorist were do they come from, most always from that part of the world why? because they don’t have the atom bomb.

I cannot believe in some of the stuff I’ve just read here. So US was the only country in the World to have ever used nuclear weapons, and when so, they drop them right on people, and you guys are concerned about Iran?? You don’t have any right whatsoever to invade any country. Portugal was the first global empire which lasted for 600 years, US become an “empire” because Europa had to stupid war… the time for US to come down will come sooner rather than later.

May God be with the Iranians and true muslims who oppose the enemies of Islam not the hypocrites and their disbeliever allies fighting Assad. America will certainly not find Iran the walkover they imagined. Lets pray, watch and see how events spiral to its climax. Every muslim should pray for Iran and some of our muslim leaders particularly in the Arab nations to shed hypocracy an d cudgel faith.
