25 Responses to Seeds of World War 3: Hezbollah and Iran say they will fight with Assad to defend Syria against any invasion

I truly hope that nothing bad happens, but being an astrology fan, I noticed that tense aspects to Pluto in US chart tend to coincide with increased military/humanitarian aid-type of activity. In the upcoming months, July 13-15, 18-20, and especially Aug 7-16 (peaking on the 13th) have those kind of tense signatures. It doesn’t necessarily mean a physical attack–it could be just increased negotiations and working out some new rules.

Well, Hezbollah has been well armed by both countries and is a viable threat to Israel.
I read the first article three times and at no time was Israel mentioned, only a Turkey-European Alliance or an Nato escalation..

In the second article which is an old article, is about the availability of a 1,000 missiles to fire against us middle east bases and Israel(can’t leave them out).

This past week, were was a spot report on the internet that allegedly Israel had struck a location in
Lebanon manned by Hezbollah operators used to spy on Northern Israel. Also, there was a posted report of Israeli Armor moving towards defensive positions near the Golan Heights and of course
    Turkey’s movements on this site.

There was a spot report and perhaps a posting here that Israel was greatly concerned about the status and security of Syrian chemical and biological arsenals near Damascus. Concerns that AL:quida (misspelled on purpose) might seize some of those sites if the situation in Syria deteriorated worse than is .
I would just like to mentioned, regardless of what is happening in the rest of the world.”The real heat is on here”.

I figured that things would heat up in the Mid-East once the EU oil embargo against Iran started this month.

Iran knows how to talk but not how to act. They love to brag about what are they gona do and how much they hate this country but they never actually attack. The day they don’t say anything at all that’s the day we really need to be concern. It is like every other threath they have done for the past years blah blah blah = nothing. They are like the dog who barks but don’t bite.

That’s the danger I don’t think most people have considered. The amount of conventional weaponry being arrayed on both sides now is of such magnitude that the only way to redress a reprisal will be with EMP bombs, or nukes or both. The stakes in this drama are precipitously rising to frightening dimensions with each passing day. The US can’t stop that many missiles from hitting their bases, so when will the decision be made to use something infinitely more destructive against Iran and what point in the conflict does it enter the picture? Similarly, Hezbollah has more than 40,000 rockets aimed at Israel and threaten to unleash their version of ‘ballistic Armageddon’ if Iran is attacked. Against, if Israel is overwhelmed…it’s much more likely to use a nuclear deterrent to ward off an annihilation of its people.

The clock is ticking – and no one seems to want to stop it.

To my TEP family here in the US, Happy 4th of July. Be thankful for the freedoms and security we still have. All that we have may (will?) one day disappear. God Bless and Maranatha

All this reminds me of the scene in Quentin Tarantino’s Reservoir Dogs, where several people are in a stand off pointing loaded guns at each other. As the tension builds, one person impulsively or accidentally fires his gun and sets off a chain-reaction….end result is they all shoot each other, DEAD.

Seems like we’re in a world-wide version of that, and with nuclear weapons. It is only a matter of time before and accident or one impulsive side sets off a chain reaction that cannot be stopped. Not a question of IF, in my opinion, but simply when.

I do not understand war. Is it caused from bratty spoiled only child syndrome? Or is it some kind of knee jerk reaction to a mid life crisis? Personally I think they should be put on anti anxiety medications and take a long vacation to a tropical island or a water / theme park.

The people that want war are the ones with weapons to sell and they make customers by getting two or more groups angry with each other. Then there are the people that just want to control and dominate as many as they can and they need weapons to wage their war.

I think its ironic that I like to play online war games but am absolutely apalled by the senseless waste of real war.All the resources and people that get wasted in wars that could be better used to help everyone on the planet.
I sometimes wonder just how much better the planet would be now if we ALL worked together to solve the worlds problems.

Nothing will change until mankind as a whole has a serious additude adjustment.

I would like to see all the money that is spent on war put into science institutions and space exploration programs. At some day we will out grow our planet and we will be forced to find recourses in other parts of the universe. Mankind has great potential and should not kill each other over petty things that get forgotten about once they are obtained. I believe in what is true freedom, which is living a healthy life with good food, water and free of toxins that promote disease and clouded thinking.

Weapons will not exist, its gonna be a gigantic scrapheap challenge after armageddon to collect all twisted metal that will be left after the last great war and melt it down to useful farming equipment etc

The question is why cant mankind stop playing wargames right now?

I’m all for war, as long as the ones who start it lead the front of the battle line. And when they are killed, it ends. As an old Indian Chief once said, “Its easy to be brave from a distance.”

every time I hear and realize how tense things are, I just think that it’s only God that is holding things from exploding before the right time. And when the middle east finally explodes (Psalm 83, Ezekiel 39, Isaiah 17 and everything else in between), it will probably be sudden and without warning.
