I’m always very concerned when the media reports things like this. It’s like they’re giving away secrets as to how a country will try to prepare itself. I pray Israel doesn’t give anything away as to what they’re actually doing.

It looks to be very obvious that someone somewhere is expecting some kind of attack. We’d better pray hard.

In other wards, they will on the same day or next day, have a dirty bomb attack (inside job) and say “Oh, thank goodness we were ready. Now lets attack Iran”. America’s 9/11, England’s 7/7 and Norway’s 07/22 attacks were inside jobs. Everyone of them had a drill the day before in which they practiced such attacks on the same targets that ended up being actually hit the next day. HELLO

    • Israel is the last nation on Earth that needs to stage a drill to attack a country’s nuclear installations. Israel attacked nuclear reactor and enrichment facilities under construction in Iraq in 1981 and in Syria in 2007 and said it will do so again in Iran. Israel will never allow what it considers a hostile Arab/Islamic nation to develop nuclear weapons even if that means a nuclear exchange in the Middle East. It’s part of the Menachem Begin doctrine of pre-emptive unilateral military action to perserve the State of Israel. I think the world needs to accept this utter reality and prepare accordingly because it’s going to happen sooner or later unless Allied coalition forces beat Israel to the punch. If Israel is conducting radioactive test drills, it’s a sign this region is about to be plunged into a hellish nightmare scenario.

Of course, if you think about it, what would the U.S. do if Canada and Mexico had nuclear (or any other kinds of weapons) aimed towards it? I would hope and pray that we would be ready for it. Yes, this will be a hellish nightmare scenario.

And the scariest part is this is a ‘damned if you do, damned if you don’t’ situation. If Israel attacks Iran, it’s a nightmare scenario, yet if it stands idle and does nothing, it will also be a nightmare scenario. The only difference is whether we want to face that nightmare now or later (and later isn’t THAT much later, we’re talking about only delaying this a few months).

There is no good outcome that I can see, we’re watching a ticking time bomb in the middle east.

    • This is the essence of the crisis before us. The entire world will filled with scenarios exactly like this- an inconvenient choice between two poisons. The Bible say: “And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring” Luke 21:25

The Greek word for perplexity is aporia. It means “at wit’s end” or “to have no way out.”

Alvin, point of correction, is Iran actually an Arab country? – Islamic yes, Arabic, no – for instance, they don’t speak the Arabic language (they speak Farsi) and the people are generally of Persian descent.
