Earthquakes: Why you shouldn’t look to science for answers on earthchanges- part 2

I warned in my book that scientists will not correctly diagnose the pulse of earthchanges taking place on the planet because their science has no yardstick to quantify these changes by utilizing uniform geological criteria. They have neither understood the planet as a holistic system, how it is a cosmic integer, or its past geological origins and history. This will only heightened the panic in the world when this crisis moves into unforeseen critical stages. Below, is the most recent example of this scientific consternation confounding the public in trying to interpret the trend of increased seismic activity occurring across the planet. First, scientists said there was no increase in earthquakes- now, they’re saying there is no particular reason for the increase. –The Extinction Protocol
USGS website says: “We continue to be asked by many people throughout the world if earthquakes are on the increase. Although it may seem that we are having more earthquakes, earthquakes of magnitude 7.0 or greater have remained fairly constant. A partial explanation may lie in the fact that in the last twenty years, we have definitely had an increase in the number of earthquakes we have been able to locate each year. This is because of the tremendous increase in the number of seismograph stations in the world and the many improvements in global communications. In 1931, there were about 350 stations operating in the world; today, there are more than 8,000 stations and the data now comes in rapidly from these stations by electronic mail, internet and satellite. This increase in the number of stations and the more timely receipt of data has allowed us and other seismological centers to locate earthquakes more rapidly and to locate many small earthquakes which were undetected in earlier years. The NEIC now locates about 20,000 earthquakes each year or approximately 50 per day. Also, because of the improvements in communications and the increased interest in the environment and natural disasters, the public now learns about more earthquakes.”USGS
The following excerpt was taken from the Daily Pioneer on September 25, 2011: “There are seismologists who believe that the earth has experienced a noticeable increase in seismic activity and intensity over the past few years. According to latest statistics from the United States Geological Survey, between 1986 and 1996, there were 15 earthquakes of magnitude 7.0 or greater. In the next 10 years, the frequency increased by more than six times. Even the rate of lesser magnitude earthquakes has increased. Around 120 earthquakes of magnitude 6.0-6.9 take place every year. And, in the last week alone, we have had six. At this rate, we would end up having almost three-times more earthquakes this year!I don’t think anyone can explain why the activity has increased,” says Prof Paul Segall of Stanford University. Several theories have been put forth to explain what is happening. Though most of them are no better than conspiracy theories, a few seem credible. One of the theories has to do with a meteor that has returned to the earth’s proximity and may be affecting its gravity balance. Another theory points to solar flares reaching the earth’s surface, thus affecting its electro-magnetic fields. And, of course, there are some who believe that the earth’s rotational axis has shifted, causing changes in climate, waves and gravity; this, according to them, has resulted in hurricanes, earthquakes and tornadoes. Bilham, though not certain about the reasons behind heightened seismic activity in recent times, says there is nothing strange in all this. “It is not unusual for earthquakes to appear more frequently. They occur rather randomly and hence some periods of time will seem to contain more than others,” he says. RK Chadha, Chief Scientist, CSIR-National Geophysical Research Institute, Hyderabad, agrees with Bilham. “The last 100 years of global data show that during the 1940-50 decade the earth was seismically more active. Since 2000, we have been again witnessing a seismically active period, more so after the 9.1 magnitude earthquake in Sumatra (2004). ‘Why’, is the million dollar question at the moment and is the area of active research globally,” he says. –Excerpt from the Day the Earth pushed West, September 25, 2011, Daily Pioneer
“There are reasons to believe that something exotic is happening inside the earth,” says Richard Gross, a group supervisor with the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in California Institute of Technology.

  1. So, what are your thoughts on what is going to happen? What do you think might result from these catastrophes?

Since I was a young, I always thought the Pacific plate was going to collapse or break in two (extreme I know) but I guess I knew that one day, something profound and never seen was going to happen. Something that would prove to man that things on this planet can happen very very quickly and needn’t take millions of years…
Now I look at it and think it is unlikely to go that way…but not out of the realms of possibility 🙂

    • The danger with anything of this magnitude is that change will become endemic and cascading and one thing unravels something else until you’re left with a broken world, polluted oceans and of ash clouds. There were some major geological events that happened in Earth’s past and if any of these reoccurr with 7 billion people on the planet- the consequences will be unthinkable. The question is if these were one time geological episodes or if terrestial planets periodically resurface themselves as Venus and Mercury appear to have done.

Does the Milky Way have a magnetic field as our Earth, and Sun has? I am so puzzled by the acceleration of the north pole. I expect this is as stupid as stupid can be, but if it did have a magnetic field and we are in the mist of its magnetic “south” pole. I can understand why the north pole has took off, as it has.
After we pass the galactic centre, the south pole may then become active as it meets a “north pole” magnetic field?
In the meantime, magma is being pulled in all sorts of directions, creating heat leading to expansion, etc.

O.K…Here is a piece of relevant synchronicity. I have the movie 2012 on the tv right now. I have not seen it before. I came to this site right now, as the earthquakes are beginning………(“Submitted for your approval”).

Interesting that you mention the film ‘2012’. In the storyline the events depicted are caused by an increased output of solar neutrinos… Perhaps we have a case of filmic prescience here, despite previous criticisms of scientific inaccuracy levelled at Mr Emmerich.
In real life, scientists believe it could be solar neutrinos (or maybe an hitherto unknown solar particle) that trigger accelerated rates of decay in radioactive lab samples.
The possibly vast reservoirs of radioactive material inside our planet would also be affected because neutrinos, being electrically neutral, can pass through all forms of matter and penetrate to the core of the earth.
A recent study concluded that nearly half of the heat within the earth is generated by radioactive decay, the rest being heat left over since the formation of the planet. I personally believe it to be greater than that, but cannot prove this obviously. The potential for some noticeable effects within the closed system of our planet shouldn’t be discounted I feel.
“There are reasons to believe that something exotic is happening inside the earth” indeed!

If you look at this situation from the spiritual and the scientific side:
First, on the spiritual side, scriptures (MATT 24)indicate in the last days there will be earthquakes in divers places. The dictionary defines “divers” as meaning….. many and varied places or a lot in many places. That is happening now. As for major earthquakes of whose results are major land deformation, the scriptures do indicate that there will be a world wide earthquake in that every island will be moved from its place. Luke 21:11 (paraphrasing) and great earthquakes in divers places, which was defined above. So, those who follow/study prophecy, earthquakes in many places and frequency are to be expected. There is more that can be written/posted regarding this subject in a spiritual/Biblical sense. This is the idea that has to be considered: How much earthquake/earth change trauma will believers endure before The Church is removed from the Earth? There are many ideas/disagreements/beliefs regarding the term “Rapture”, The great catching away, or The great assembly. Scriptures are clear, God has not appointed believers to be part of those who will be on the receiving end of his wrath. And his wrath starts when the world accepts and worships the anti-christ as god. So, it would seem that in regard to spiritual matters, these events that we are discussing are right on cue? Writing off the idea that there are more earthquakes because there are more monitering stations could be disinformation. That is like saying there must be more crime because so much of it is reported. What has changed is the media of reporting events.

On the scientific side, considering the posting about the USGS, there seem either to be a confusion,denial/augument of what is occurring or one of those “Oh! don’t worry, be happy things by some. There are those who know. The Bush Administration was briefed about earth changes. Our problem in this matter is the lack of media coverage and/or disinformation by some outlets. Based on all this information in this posting, it seems that Alvin’s comment from his book is right on course. I say that because he wrote it would happen. If the public really knew what was going to happen, consider those who would harm themselves/families because of the fear, or consider possible social order breakdown.

What I got from this posting is that earth change events are going to come suddenly and without warning and could be probably be planet wide, many deaths and many caught off guard.

Just a thought …………………….Thanks for the opportunity to express

It’s just like NASA said yesterday in an article I read on MSNBC that the satellite coming towards earth and I swear to you it said they had ruled out North America being hit by it, they said completely ruled out the possibility but than today they said it fell into the pacific and North America got hit by some debris. I wanted to say to them than why did you just yesterday issue a statement saying North America was ruled out and would not get hit.

But back to this post I agree Alvin. scientists keep coming out in different articles saying different things and it only confuses me more.

2 years ago, I’ve compiled Earthquakes statistics throughout the world, not for the total number of earthquakes reported (roughly 1.5 to 1.8 million a year), but for Magnitudes 6 though 9, and discovered that the number of earthquakes were increasing by 45 to 60% (for the last 20 yrs). Removing (filtering) the outliers such as new seismographs in remote places, and you end up with a statistically significant 40% of Earthquakes. Remember, we’re not talking about 3.4, 2.4. etc.. We’re covering magnitudes of 6 & higher (in well established areas), and they’ve always been historical records dating to thousands of years ago. USGS are lumping all earthquakes together, and using the argument of new seismographs in remote places to account for 1.5 to 1.8 million. That’s not the point here. The ones that affect us are the 6+-7 through 9+, and it is blatantly obvious that these are on the increase. Also bear in mind, USGS do not publish all earthquakes.

The poles shift every 26,500 years or so, they have ice core samples that go back for millions of years and it’s cyclical – whoever said that terrestial planets may resurface themselves may be bang on. The North pole is basically racing now at 100 miles per year and they believe will end up in Siberia – pole shifts are sudden and tumultuous, therefore all coastal areas are not safe. Edgar Cayce predicted an approximate 16 degree shift, science seems to validate that.

Had a question. In a hypothetical situation (may not be that hypothetical either) where seas and oceans submerge large land areas, is it natural to believe that almost a similar land area will also emerge from the bottom of the oceans as the amount of water is constant? Or will it not?
