Earth is approaching a threshold– the crossroads in human history where decisions to safeguard the planet and the human race or plunge unwittingly into the abyss of disaster will mark our every weighted step advancing into the future. Never before in recorded history have there been so many potential threats facing so many people. The Earth is in crisis. Awakening the population of the planet to the potential threats of this present Age and the ensuing earthchanges gripping the world has been a mission of this blog- and frankly, we could not have done it without you. We would like to thank all our readers and contributors for your support, videos, stories, links, and personal experiences that have helped dramatize the planet’s ever unfolding story of epochal change. The 4.1 million hits we have received on the site since our launch several months ago tell us you are concerned both about the future of our world and your fellowman. Thank you.

    While I generally read the various stories with interest, today’s article affected me more for some reason causing me to wonder, think and speculate what all this furious activity of our earth means. I was wondering if it always happens and I never was aware of it or if the activity is really increasing; and if so, what does it foretell. Whatever the reason, it is an awesome undertaking and I’m sure your other millions of readers are appreciating this site as much as I do.

      Unfortunately our planet is dying. The ocean’s have huge dead zones which I can understand considering all the poison we throw in it. Oil, poisonous dispersents, drift nets, nuclear testing, overfishing, illegal harvesting of sharks, whales, if fact all species consider the salt water aquarium trade and others. A huge overpopulated planet of 7 billion people and yet people don’t seem to see the problem of having more than 1 child! Where’s the food to come from? There is drought, flooding, intense storms and I can just imagine what this hurricane season is going to be like….Let’s not forget that this planet isn’t just for humans. Humans don’t own it, they are only part of it, but we act like a plague on the planet. Deforestation, paving over everything, inhabiting every corner, overharvesting all resources and food resources, all the poisons we put into the earth, air and water. The illegal endangered animal trade, tiger bones and penises, shark fins, cetaceans, birds nests, elephant tusks and rhino horns, gall bladders. I could go on but I’m sure you get the picture. Before the Europeans came to North America the Indigenous people of the Pacific North Northwest lived in harmony with Nature. The way we were truly meant to live. Respect for Nature.

    thank you. since I first saw this website about 2 months ago I check it daily. I’m very happy for the material you gather here.
    are you aware of the uprisal that is happening in Israel in the last 2 weeks? It’s a continuation of the wave that started in Tunis, Egypt. Yemen, Jordan, Syria, Greece and Spain. I assume soon it will spread to western Europe and the USA. people are waking up!!!!! it’s amazing and I believe soon we’ll see great public changes/

    Thanks as well Alvin. This site has been of great help, and we all have a mission to accomplish. This site is a wake-up call to all of us, preventing us from falling asleep as the crucial time approaches, like a thief in the night. All that is happening in the world now, as it was written in the past, is a fulfilment of the prophecies—an unveiling, or the Apocalypse. The crisis is not localized, but involves everyone, nations, kingdoms, rich and poor, slave and poor, because our world is “criss-crossed”, as Hopi Indians had predicted (maybe the Hopi Indians were referring to globalization, or the Internet, spawned by technological progress, so does greed and misery). And threats that were once unthinkable are becoming very real. I am glad we are all prepared for that time to come. Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ save us all.

    As fearful as it all appears, we are living in the days as long ago written about. Things come in times of three – the Garden of Eden, Jesus Christ, and now us. What a Blessed time – what a spoiled generation I have lived in for 61 years. It is the next life with no generations that this is all about.

    Your efforts are greatly appreciated – I did not realize you have only been here since (it looks like) last December. I visit your site all day long, my cell beeps every time you post and I truly appreciate it. I’ve sent the site along to many people. I also follow several sites posted by experts on the mayan calendar and everything fits together. For those that are interested in the mayan calendar, http://www.calleman.com is a great site and based on the mayan calendar, which btw, many experts feel ends October 28, 2011 (as well as many indigenous tribes such as the Hopi, Maya). The times we are living in are fascinating but ominous. My friends aren’t interested, think I’m crazy so I never talk about what’s happening in the world and it can leave you feeling isolated.     Yes Alvin I also would like to add to the previous posts made. I believe that you have been sincere in your efforts to warn the masses, or those who will listen that perilous times have arrived not only in the geopolitical and economic area but in earth changes. And although some who have visited this site questioned whether it was a christian site or a news/science site, I believe that this is a site to report earth changes and political issues that affect us. The religious part is something you cannot avoid based on what is in your heart. I would recommend that you continue as is. Some are offended, some are not, I am not.

    To be truthful, I’ve have been waiting from you in what I would consider a yellow alert to us in regard to ongoing current events. I consider this post that warning.

    Alvin you have a great site and I certainly appreciate the great job you do of extracting the information on the important issues from the mountains of debris out there and keeping us informed. It is a great service to many people and I can tell it is close to the heart.

    I sincerely hope that the masses are waking up and starting to pay attention. Sadly, so many are oblivious to the myriad of potential disasters which are collectively looming over our heads. I have been trying for years to get others to see where we are heading, but so many are unwilling or unable to see it.

    I have been giving your website address to those who are awakening, as there is no better way to truly open their eyes.

    I also want to thank you Alvin for this site. It is my major source for getting the real news, the news that the MSM won’t tell you. I appreciate the hard work you put into keeping this blog up to date and all the postings, and also the valuable comments by the other readers.
    The clip from Alex Jones on one of the postings was really an eye opener. As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the Son of Man…” It is my belief this does not just refer to pandemic evil, but mixing the human seed as they did in the book of Genesis.     Alvin, along with many others, after discovering this website it is the first one I check daily also. I hope it remains available to us all as long as the Internet stays available.

    Like other cycles of life, it appears our beloved Gaia is due for a rebirth. It is both terrifying and exhilarating at the same time. But it must occur because humankind cannot continue down the path we are on. There must be a correlation as well between the Earth’s pangs and the social and economic breakdowns. I firmly believe the only way forward is to destroy the current fiat financial system and begin anew. Yes, a lot of strife and pain, but hopefully a brighter future after.

      I had an interesting insight pop into my head one day, while contemplating what the various cultures ( Maya, Hopi, Judeo-Christian, etc.) had to say about the ‘end times’.

      I think that one of the points that both the Mayas and the Hopis were trying to communicate – Is that the ‘prophesies’ were not about / are not about ‘surviving’ the calamities, or building bunkers, or finding a “crash-proof” stock portfolio, etc. ….. Because it would be pointless.
      Their prophesies and spiritual beliefs, were not about protecting the material world or their material wealth …. ( Which is *the point* that is missed by our modern, materialistic society today – Which is an irony, but that analysis makes sense.)

      It seems that, THE PURPOSE OF THEIR ‘PROPHESIES’ were to tell people to PREPARE, MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY, AND SPIRITUALLY for these events.
      Not necessarily to build deeper bunkers, diversify your stock portfolio, etc. 🙂

      The ‘bunker’ mentality, in some ways, displays the kind of materialistic thinking, that I think they were trying to warn people against.
      No amount of successful stock investing, fortified bunkers, piles of cash or gold, etc, would do anything to prevent a huge calamity ( or series of calamities )….. Let alone stop them.

      The Hopis and Mayas ( and other cultures ) seem to all agree that there will be an Event or, more likely, a series of events, that would change the Earth.
      BUT Western society, rooted in material ways and material thinking, has lost the point of their message….. trying to *predict* exactly WHEN to finish building their bunkers, or when to head into the hills, or cash out their stocks, etc. The irony.

      Will people react, by trying to dig deeper bunkers, and building a fortified compound, and stockpiling enough food for 5-10 years ?? After which, we rebuild, only to continue the same stooopid cycle again ?? 😕
      OR learn to work together, and look after each other, in order to survive…. And rebuild and make the world BETTER ??

      I think this is the Big Choice facing Western civilization right now.
      If / when these events or calamities occur, there are going to be many who will try to rebuild, and learn from the mistakes of the past, so as to not repeat them.
      Others, however, have a vested interest, in keeping things going, exactly as they are now…. Which in the long term, really isn’t sustainable.
      * The real clash will begin – Probably soon – When those who have a vested interest in rebuilding and repairing the current corrupt system, to keep it going….. Will clash with those who do not have a selfish or materialistic agenda. *

      I am afraid, that the materialists will win this conflict, unfortunately…. At least for the short run.
      They have too much invested, to simply give up and help rebuild a society that is based upon ‘less selfish’ motives. 😦
      But if the prophesies are to be believed, the materialistic-based belief system and society they have helped to build for us, will come to An End, eventually… Under the weight of more disasters, which they cannot prevent or control.

      I would say to all people, whether they believe in Buddha, or Zoroaster, or Yahweh, or the prophesies of Mohammed, or Christ, or some others may refer to as The Great Spirit….. To turn their energies into making the world better, and not being a part of all the negativity and cynicism that will be prevalent, when the S.H.T.F.

      * * We can’t stop disasters and calamities from happening, BUT we can respond by helping and supporting one another… rather than turning against one another. * *

    Dear Mr. President, I heard you say you will not guarantee SS checks if the
    debt ceiling isn’t raised.

    Why is it the scare always has to do with SS, Medicare, & our Soldiers pay?

    Why not stop your pay, your staff, or Congress and the Senate to save more
    money for our country?

    Why use Seniors, Soldiers, & our Needy as examples?

    Take the money from those who take no risks and reap the benefits!

    Instead of threatening to withhold Social Security, VA and disability
    payments of people who really need the money….

    Lets hold the paychecks of all house & senate members, then see how fast
    they resolve the debt ceiling crisis !

I have made many decisions, based on what I read here. I know that at anytime we may lose contact, but I hope you will continue, as long as you can. God bless you and all that visit this site.     I can’t figure out why most people are not the least bit concerned about what is happening right in front of their faces. My friends get bored in about thirty seconds when I try to engage them in a conversation about the environment, recent earthquakes, potential famine etc. But they will talk for hours on end about the NFL. There are so many clever distractions to keep people in the dark. Thanks for this website and the companion book.

    Hi Alvin, I read your site daily and have your book. Great job! I deeply enjoy the fact that you refer to Christ and revere Him, without the fanfare thrown at us by others who proclaim to love Him. To me devotion is pious and quiet, so your references to Christ are always very touching.
    I also know, deep down inside, that a planet-altering change is coming. Maybe we will finally go home, thanks to Christ and Friends, after this experience of separation away from home.

    Alvin I have a feeling of this all closing in on us now and taking pace… Our cat it would seem has a ” sixth sense ” I also believe we are going to lose our access to the Internet through loss of electric.. please can I have a link to your book.
    Shouldn’t we prepare a local support network of likeminded people, perhaps devise a ” people near u ” list?!

    Many thanks for the invaluable information. I recently visited patagonia and have seen first hand the devastation global warming has, and is causing. We can only hope that more people tune in and use the knowledge to better this world; after all we only have one. God bless us all.

    As always I thank God for you Alvin and your wonderful site. Most people in my life dont care what is happening and probably wont care until its their own ship that is sinking. But otherwise they dont care as long as they arent affected. God Bless and as always thank you for the constant information.     Alvin. This site is very informative. I must point out that the bible states that the world is indeed on the threshhold of eternity. Salvation by Jesus Christ is the only hope. There is no salvation for this planet, nor anybody who does not believe in the living God or obey his commandments. We need the faith of Jesus Christ in our personal lives. Religion has nothing to do with it. I am sad that sometimes my comments have simply been blocked in recent times. May God help you all who frequent this site. No man can. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

    Thank you for your work Alvin, even though I disagree with you in religious topics, your work is admirable and unlike the gullible eco-nutjobs who believe our planet is overpopulated and we will “evolve” somehow to the next stage being bombarded (and very possibly irradiated and fried) by cosmic rays or that “Gaea” is somehow avenging the wrongs committed against her (even though more CO2 and methane are liberated from natural events than with all the human folly, if you don’t believe me check the climate changes occurred in Greenland during the last 50k years, I doubt the vikings had a heavy polluting industry), I believe what you said a week or two ago, “our planet is not giving birth to anything, is just dying, going back to its primal stages” or something like that. Unfortunately mankind has not being able to use its time in a good way and develop new ways to fuel its civilization and exploration, specially in the development of space colonies, but instead its elites have been waging pointless wars and schemes of absolute corruption of the masses (pop anyone) and using the most harmful ways to produce energy (petroleum, nuclear fission instead of cold fusion, coal etc.) out of greed and love of power. The greatest irony is that these attempts to usurp God’s role and ensure the elite´s domination over all its fellow humans on Earth have been counterproductive in a big way and have resulted in a never seen before degeneration of our species (GMO crops that affect the health of millions of human beings in adverse and unforeseen ways, almost ubiquitous chemicals like pthalates and BPAs that cause cancer in women and feminize and cause cancer in men and boys, aspartame and MSG that destroy the neurons, mercury in our oceans, electrosmog, etc.). I regret we will pay the price collectively since we let the Evil one to mislead us in a big way and attempted to destroy our Lord’s visible kingdom (the nature) and our only home.

    Dear Alvin:

    The day you posted this writing…I read it and was overwhelmed, as I am now..

    Maybe not so much about the original piece, (no offence)..but by the emotional out pour which was /is/will be written by yourself and others in response.

    I am a highly emotional person. I feel overwhelmed quite often.(sad/happy)..it is Empathy.

    I have been informing ppl and sending them here for quite sometime, as I am sure many here have.
    Most find it hard to comprehend , and somewhat ‘not real’, even though is in their face.

    I don’t talk much anymore(literally)..I just can’t…I feel falls on deaf ears ..(most of the time) , how can you talk to people who watch TV..till they turn the TV off, is not hope of opening the mind/spirit..I weep for their close mindedness..and I fear when they do see..

    I just want to tell you I am very thankful Alvin for all you do to inform..the time you spend, the passion you show..you are reaching millions, my friend(if I may call you that). I am proud of you !
