South Australia battles plague of ravenous mice

May 29, 2011AUSTRALIA – When South Australian farmer John Gregory entered his piggery he could not believe what he saw – mice attacking his pigs. Since he first saw them dining out on his prized stock he has been at his wit’s end about how to get rid of them. Now, as a desperate last resort, he is covering his pigs at a farm property in Wynarka, 130km east of Adelaide, in engine oil to protect them from the mice, with the rodents apparently turned off by the taste. “The mouse problem got really bad in April,” Mr Gregory said. “We went away in the school holidays and when we came back we drove up the driveway and it looked like the ground was moving – there were hundreds of thousands of them.”Mr Gregory, 50, said he put engine oil on his 15 pigs to protect them from the sun about once a month. The icing sugar attracts the mice, they eat it and then the cement clogs them up.” –News.Com

That’s really gross. What a disgusting way to treat food, does no one understand how such chemicals seep into the skin? That guy applies oil to his pork chops because they are supposedly inequiped to be in the sun. Whatever can’t be in the sun sounds like it is malignant in the earth body. Jeez, we really do not deserve any sense of achievement until it is plain to see in our constitutions that the intregrity of a human mind is the utmost importance to keep the visions that account for all the necessary ecology and physics to reason how we manage our lives and so would enable us to see the management of life with a perspective that is not a Roundup fried bacteria that twitches with distortion every five seconds because it is managing noxious substances chainballing their way over delicate nerves and cells.
You know most of our civilizations did not become successful simply because we could grow food, such a thing as agriculture has been as basic an observation as living near a seeding apple tree for one season. That is not hard to observe, it is not hard to figure out how to cultivate food, but it is time intensive strategy that goes into breeding food that can be eaten as a staple and not produce too many noxious chemicals so as to pollute our body. Potatoes are so accessible merely because they have been bred to not produce large levels of glycoalcoloids, which are the pesticides they naturally employ to deter insects and fungus from eating them. So, as they gradually became less poisonous, it made them more accessible for regular consumption without the constrictions on our faculties that take place when poisoned. But now we’ve hit another learning curb, not unlike lead in the Roman aquaducts and drinking containers, or well water chanelled through cest pools, how will it be made plain to see that a toxic person spends more time entertaining the management of their own toxcity than the exterioscopic building blocks of genius that create visions they can remember in their whole body from one day to the next without waking up the next in complete malaise and forgetfulness of what their golden perspective was after the greater part of their nerves and blood vessels are shut down to prevent neurodegenerative substance from corroding the whole body, making conceptions and envisonments for life all the more rare, having us look merely like the vascilations of ameoba in primordial soup, and not the learned pillars of wisdom that can usurp so much devastation that wreaks havvoc on existence. We need to be able to like the search, remember the break thrus, and be reminded in our public domains about a common purpous. We shouldn’t have to stun our nerves with alcohol and nicotine to abstain from feeling the immediacy of our physical reality, or avoid educated discussion as if we’re not from the same planet. Here’s a new law, all pestcides and herbicides to be used on your property must be consumed by you in a pure quantity before you apply it to the ground. Rub it on your face to see if you want to spread its feeling, drench your body with it and roll around in the fields autistically. My sarcasm makes me sick but so does the idea of basting a pig with oil.

-Note*Clay has been used to detoxify the body since the beginning of life. Even chimpanzees incorperate it in their daily regime of noxious substances. I guarantee you that regular concumption of clay will help usurp the chemical load that is corrupting the great potential of our senses. Research Medicinal Clays. If you have any worries about pollutants and radiation, medicinal clays will help you immensely when regularly consumed. I am happy to say that I have experimented with them for the past month and it is blowing my mind! My words and ability might not be what you hear to be of the utmost coherence, but my will is good and it is to heal, and so my greatest gift I could give to anyone during a discussion of chemical loads and general health problems is the mentioning of medicinal clays. They are a powerful antidote to so much holding us down in this day and age that is not shinning as it can because we need to have a clear mind to chanel the light of solid perspective.

There are many natural home remedies to clean oneself. My fave to use is vinegar. Put vinegar in your bath water to detoxify you body. The amount, I’m not sure, but I’m sure you can google it.
Vinegar also eliminates odors, bodily or around th house. It also helps with dandruff and acne. It takes the sour smell out of kids clothes when you add a cup or so to the wash. Anyone interested can Google vinegar remedies and other household remedies and you’ll see many more cheap healthy ideas and solutions.

Wouldn’t the oil penetrate the pigs skin and be absorbed into the tissue..? Why would you want toxic pigs..? Obviously its not an organic pig farm.

Just read about the health effects and it seems mostly only long term exposure causes ill health effects, but really, how will we know except over time:
    http://www.eco-usa.net/toxics/chemicals/motor_oil.shtml
    Health Effects
The health effects of used mineral-based crankcase oil vary depending on the brand and type of oil used and the characteristics of the engine it came from. Mechanics and other auto workers who are exposed to used mineral-based crankcase oil from a large number of cars have experienced skin rashes, blood effects (anemia), and headaches and tremors. However, these workers are also exposed to other chemicals, which may have caused these health effects.

Volunteers who breathed mists of used mineral-based crankcase oil for a few minutes had slightly irritated noses, throats, and eyes. Animals that ate large amounts of this oil developed diarrhea. Thus, people who swallow used mineral-based crankcase oil may also have diarrhea. Some cows that ate used oil containing metals such as molybdenum and lead in contaminated pastures experienced anemia and tremors. Some of the cows died. We do not know if exposure to used mineral-based crankcase oil affects the reproductive ability of men or women or whether it causes birth defects.

Long-term exposure (365 days or longer) of the skin to used mineral-based crankcase oil causes skin cancer in mice. PAHs in the oil have been identified as the cancer-causing agents because some PAHs are known to cause cancer and because the carcinogenicity of various batches of the used oil increased with increasing amounts of PAHs in the oil. The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), and the EPA have not classified used mineral-based crankcase oil with regard to its carcinogenicity in people.
