Coincidence? NATO countries and world engulfed in World War III in new game

May 26, 2011 BRUSSELS – The original four teasers for Modern Warfare 3 hinted at a worldwide conflict. The first official Modern Warfare 3 trailer makes no bones about it: The game will revolve around World War III. In the trailer, New York gets seriously messed up, with combat helicopters flying at street level. England’s underground rail system is going to need a lot of repairs. Soldiers in France engage in guerrilla warfare, while entire buildings are brought down in Germany. Bad stuff happens in Modern Warfare 3, and who’s responsible? The trailer’s narrator says: “It doesn’t take the most powerful nations on Earth to create the next global conflict, just the will of a single man.” I’ll let you try to figure out who it is. The trailer shows players engaging in combat on land, in the air, and even at sea (or under it).” –The Escapist
Synopsis: Russian Ultra-nationalist Vladimir Makarov returns as the game’s primary antagonist. In the game, Russia continues its invasion of the United States of America, and has also expanded its military offensive into the European countries England, France and Germany.

I’m a big COD fan. Love playing with my two sons. Last outing (Black Ops) was a little weak but MW3 looks like it could be the best every COD. Just need to get the PS3 fixed in time. I believe it will be out in Autumn. 😀

Strange blog to post that comment on, heh.

Hey Logman. I play with my Son too. We play on a PS3 as well. Fun game while locked inside a Ps3. Not so fun in real life 🙂

You are so right. They always show us New World Order symbols to make us feel stupid. Check out the dollar bill.

  3. Anthony says:

Life itself is a virtual video game, but are we playing Call of Duty, or is that just a stupid war mini-game we’ve all been playing? The real game being played is called Earth Cataclysm 21st Century edition.

  4. Luca says:

Videos games are too violent I really dislike and I dislike that such young kids play it and cheer when they play videos games about. War. War is not a game but people keep making games about it. My father would be appalled he saw war and does t find it fun in any form

    • Nickie says:

I agree Luca. My dad fought in many campaigns in W11, – he rarely spoke about the war, but always said ‘there is no glory in war’ and ‘there are no real winner’s in war’.

It is coming in small steps…

I have spent the last three days concerned that when the day comes when a physical attack is here in America, not one person not one soul will step up to save us or reach out. Just utter chaos, infighting and despostism. No one defends us now and all the pennies have been stolen. What is left for “them” to be worried about as there is nothing left to gain. I am so truly sad …

cant wait for this to come out!!!!!!

  8. Jake says:

That author is nothing more than yet another neocon touting the nanny state via big government regulatory agencies.
However it was a great post, and I am starting to notice more and more that “news” today is nothing more than a pre-conditioning of populations so they will simply accept whatever tyrannical “preventive” measure big brother proposes.
