Six new MERS coronavirus cases reported in UAE, Saudi Arabia

July 19, 2013HEALTHHealth authorities in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia have reported six new cases of the SARS-like coronavirus, the World Health Organization (WHO) said on Thursday. The latest infections of four women and two men aged between 26 and 42 bring the global total to 88 cases, including 45 deaths, the United Nations agency said in a statement. Five of the six new cases were health workers and the other was a man who came in close contact with someone who had been infected with the disease, which is known as Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus, or MERS, WHO said. Millions are expected to travel to Mecca in Saudi Arabia in October for the haj pilgrimage. Saudi authorities have cut the number of visas this year, citing safety concerns over expansion work at the main mosque site. The WHO is drawing up advice on travel in relation to coronavirus, to be issued in coming days. It urged health care providers to be vigilant for severe acute respiratory infections and test any recent travelers from the Middle East suffering from such infections for MERS. The global health body has set up an emergency committee of independent experts on MERS, who said on Wednesday it was not a “public health emergency of international concern” for the time being. The committee can make recommendations on travel and trade restrictions, increased disease surveillance and exchange of data. Two of the new coronavirus cases in Abu Dhabi and both cases in Saudi Arabia displayed mild symptoms. The other two in Abu Dhabi had no symptoms of the disease. Cases have also been found in Jordan, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Tunisia, Britain, France, Italy and Germany. –Reuters

That is a little more than a 50% mortality rate, if this turns into a pandemic it will be worse than the Black plague and the Spanish flu combined. I wonder if we are soon to see the rider on the green horse begin his prophetic ride?

  3. The SARS and the MRS Virus, which are both a new kind of diseases outbreak, are “special to the 21ST;Cent. development….due to the new Tech. inventions,, with their “environmental threat” which cause the Respiratory Syndrome to outbreak….It is maybe passed through Human Contact from one person to the other, but the first signs are, from the “weather changes or as they are called climate changes” …These “climate Changes” are caused by many elements : discovery of Fuel and gazoline, marketing them in the new air, new “chemical weapons” like sarin and mustard, and what they leave in the environment, the various volcanoes’ éruptions which have been reaching a big number since the beginning of this century, and which have been projecting, not only ash, but too, gas from underneath the ground or the soil, …..All these environmental threats” which are the signs not only of a sick society, but too, and on the contrary, these inventions marks the level of the development of each country (new Hi-tech. devices and chemicals and climate changes, etc..) are maybe a potential of the “civilization” which has to be watched and treated for that, too….Mary Cassin Edelman Medelman..

The MERS virus originated most likely in a biolab, USA or anywhere. One report claimed it escaped from a China biolab. Bio warfare is not new. Man desire to kill is sadly insatiable. Bio labs share their level 4 and 5 deadly virus combos with other nations. See UN Agenda 21 depopulation and http://www.recombinomics.com

According to WIKI “viruses have been described as “organisms at the edge of life”. There seems to be no real understanding of how they come to exist, unlike bacteria.
And they exist in all life forms on Earth.
Like HIV this looks a dangerous one. It’s transmission is what is most worrying. Air, or physical contact.
