Big brother is watching and most likely has been for a lot longer than anyone realizes. Just imagine what it would be like when something like this becomes available to the public, (and I guess it would eventually get that way due to greed) and private citizens could spy on one another. It would probably be used at the same level of intensity (or greater) as the cell phone camera.

This is too scary, how easy it would be for them to use that syringe for lethal purposes on the everyday public.

Is not there reference in the Book of Revelation to such insects? Things just keep building, and confirming scripture. Time to get straight with the Lord.

The picture is actually from a Russian artist who made this as steampunk art. It made the Facebook circuit last week. Besides…the wings would never support it in flight. Though…I don’t doubt they have tech similar to this. I know of the rhino beetle article that was equipped with a battery and cam. It could be controlled remotely by sending electricity to the wings.

I think it appears vulnerable to a rolled up newspaper, or a fly swatter, or even a hand smack. And of course, the low tech dreaded foot, should it get near the floor. It is so interesting, that it might be difficult to bring ones self to smash such a lovely toy. But. It may be vulnerable to any kind of aerosols or sprays that may gum up or short out the tiny works. Perhaps folk should deploy magnets near windows, doors, vehicle roofs and other attractive fly-on-the-wall viewing spots. Or magnets could hang on wind chimes, as decoration, but far enough away to not bother personal electronics, like music. This is off the top of my head, just looking at the picture.

Actually, I find swarm technology quite chilling. Michael Crichton seemed to have a pretty good understanding of where it could possibly go, some time ago. Just add the term nano to swarm.

Could these be what Rev 9:5 refers to? “And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.”

“If you’re not doing anything wrong, then you shouldn’t mind…” Okay, I said it. (Yeah, right! Sorry, sarcasm coming through tonight.)

I’ve heard people say things similar to that, no matter what was going on or what “law” was being passed “for the good of the people”. I’ve gotten into some “interesting discussions” because of statements like that. The net around us is closing and the sheeple are blind.
