  1. Margaret says:

IMHO global power of ANY kind is a certain magnet for the most ruthless of psychopaths. History over the last hundred years should have taught us that! I am horrified by this ‘solution’ despite the fact that I’m Catholic. I think we should prosecute all the current psychopaths that have destroyed our planet and our economies, who war monger for profit, and who’s greed prevents all peoples from having enough food, clothing, shelter. Let’s start there FIRST. Afterward, the more local the solutions the better.

  2. Well, isn’t that the pot calling the kettle black, the wealthy Vatican calling Wall St selfish greedy hoarders…

if you think the greatest liars and deceivers on the planet are in the financial and economic and political realms, think again. the vatican has always been the dwelling place of demons and falsehood. we are in the time when the political, economic and thank god the religious systems are passing away. what comes next….the truth. let your kingdom come let your will take place as in heaven… out with the spirit of ego…..in with the spirit of love…… the new paradigm…..read galatians the fruits of the spirit.

Very revealing article. Why am I not surprized by this.

My mom and dad taught me to never talk about religion or politics,so i’ll just say that i’m going to start packing for canada, hopefully the new equator will be somewhere near the yukon.

    • Dee Ann says:

I agree with you. This is not a good thing for the world.

      • Nathan says:

They will make it look great though. It’s not good for Christians or any religious people. First, they will make a global currency, a NWO and then a global religion. The rest will be persecuted. This way cause a very frightening uproar like never seen in history.

    • kenny-boy (GA) says:

you know it tell everyone you know its happening no time to waste

      • RIGHT! Now anyone who says the bible is a CROCK…is just plain in denial. This is all in Apocalypse. And here is the thing. IT IS going to happen. Look at the way this is playing out. Right now, the vatican wants a NWO, It is OCT 2011. And the Mayan calander says the world as we know it will end May 2012. Wouldnt it be something if the Heavenly trumpets sound in 7 months time?

      • Joey Kilroe-Smith & Martin Bode says:

I agree with you Danielle. Are you referring to the 7 trumpets in Rev. 8 and Rev 9 ?
        Good wishes to you.
        Martin

  8. Rhonda says:

I think the Vatican should just write a check from its bottomless well of funds and give it to the world feeding and housing the world. NOW that would help the world…NOT a “establishment of a “global public authority” and a “central world bank”. I hope the world is awake enough to see that is NOT the solution!!!

  9. Kathy says:

You’re Pretty good at predicting this stuff Alvin.

    • God has revealed this Kathy and I think we should all feel good for the look ahead. I’m just a humble messenger. Thanks as always for your tried and true support.

      peace and love,
      Alvin

      • J Guffey says:

        Kathy, I agree with you.

Alvin, as always, God’s humble servent. Thank for your obedience to our Heavenly Father. This site and those posting are a true blessing.

This was all outlined in Revelation 13 & 17. The revived Roman Empire will complete the scene (See “The Telegraph”, Oct. 22, 2011 for the article: New euro ‘empire’ plot by Brussels). Time to prepare for the Lord’s return!

    • Too bad they didn’t bother to read the last book of the Bible. They are helping to fulfill prophesy. Yes, there will be a One World economic system and the man of lawlessness (the one we call the Antichrist) will ultimately be the head of it. This is like watching a chess match with the globalists on one side and God on the other. However, I’ve read the end of the book and I know who wins. Checkmate.

      • Nathan says:

        Brilliant comment Irene!
Even if they did know about the Rev, I don’t think it would even matter to them since the ideas behind everything in their mind works, regardless of anyone’s beliefs of religions. If the Elite are in favor of the devil, they will certainly do his bidding.

The Vatican is gapping for its last breath and holding on to its gold.

  12. Juan says:

I’m sick of this world Vatican dictatorship…thousands of years stealing from the poor, misleading people to believe in things that doesn’t exist, ruling the world like ancient rome, nothing ever changed in all this years…

  13. Holy Global Domination Attempts! They’re going in for the kill! Too bad we’re on to them. Eff the NWO and all who support it. :) This move is so desperate it’s almost sad. Welcome to the information age, Illuminati- you’re done.

    • Nathan says:

I agree with you and I know what you’re talking about, but I think they’re going to get a little more clever yet. Keep your eyes open brother:)

  14. Tony R says:

I thought this site was pretty good, till now. I won’t be back. If you took the time to REALLY read Catholic Church history instead of falling in line with the likes of CNN and all the women in the VIEW attacking the Catholic Church I think you would find something much different than what you are writing here. Is there scandal and coruption… YUP, there are people in the Church that forget the Christian foundation and turn for the bad. The United States has a great history of being a very good country but people have for the last 40 years decided to “interpret” things toward their own agenda.
read Pope Leo XIII’s writings from abou 1890′s against socialism. Read all of the information about the Crusades. Read all of the information about what happened in WWII.
you won’t of course because its just easier to pile on because the Church won’t come back at you.
its easier to paint a dung pic of the Blessed Mother or put a Cross with the Body of Christ in urine and call it art vs. painting a picture of mohammed. Its easier to just read about the scandal instead of reading a little book from Tan called AA1025 to mabe get an idea of how so many homosexual priests got into the Priesthood and molested so many kids.
good luck to you all as we come to the Warning so that God willing you’ll see what you have done here in this section.

    • Your loyalty should be to Christ…not a Church or someone parading in a white robe as a special-effects stand-in calling himself a holy father…if you’ve missed this point; you’ve missed the whole mission of Jesus coming here and humbling himself as an offering for sin. It was certainly not to elevate a peasant girl, who was born in sin, to the status of a pagan mother goddess. I’m very familar with the history of catholicism- that’s the problem. Notwithstanding, this only underscores the doctrinal errors and clerical abuses going on within the church. Whether one person visits this site or hundred is no concern of mine- I will continue to speak against errors that contradict scripture- regardless of whose religious sensibilities are offended.

“And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father which is in heaven.” Matt. 23:9.

      • Cindy says:

Keep up the good work Extinction Protocol!

      • Paula says:

What do you mean by born in sin? God chose Mary to be the human part of Jesus, his mother. She was worthy in the eyes of God. Therefore who are you to criticise and say she was born in sin? Who are you to cast the first stone? Judge and be Judged.

      • Christ was human and divine…he’s needed no piece of Mary to complete the equation. He was pre-existent before Mary and His birth was simply an incarnation by the Holy Spirit. To say she was free of original sin is to imply she brought God into existence- thus the Mother of the gods- a title taken straight from pagans about Isis, Cybele, Rhea, and the Egyptian Nut. Thus begins the catholic prayers to Mary….Christ clearly told the Jews “Before Abraham was, I am.” John 8:58. Mary was a vessel, a humble handmaiden and was chosen to bear the blessings of the Christ child but that didn’t make her some kinda of glorious being. That is strictly a catholic teaching about a dispensation of grace absolving Mary of original sin. Read what the scripture says: “That holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.” Luke 1:35 The thing born of Mary was holy…not Mary. We are all born in sin and sinners saved by the grace of Christ including Mary. I can say it because the Bible says it. “All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23. And I’ll keep saying it.

And when they were come in, they went into an upper room, where abode Peter, and James and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James the son of Alpheus, and Simon Zelotes, and Judas the brother of James. These all continued with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus and with his brethren.” Acts 1:13, 14.

Mary waited for the Holy Spirit on Pentecost in the upper room like all the others believers in need of God’s power; otherwise, why was she there? The Bible is full of stories of women given miracles births- Sarah, Hannah, Monoah’s wife, Elizabeth…and they are no more worthy of idolatrous statues than Mary. You see how easy is to get lost in this catholic labyrinth relying on catechisms and traditions and not on Holy Scripture?

      • Facts don’t lie…we can close our eyes to them and lie to ourselves. You can’t take something pagan and make it holy…Paul says the one part sacred joined to two parts unholy = unholy 1 Cor. 6:15, 16 – just like a truth mixed with a little lie is still a lie.

To paraphrase a line by Helen Keller, “The only thing worst than being blind is having sight and refusing to see.”

The watch word as events grind on to whatever is coming is “discretion”. All the easy solutions are about exhausted and the hard times are upon us. Be careful! There is danger ahead! The past has shown us that civil society can rapidly disappear and scapegoats created for easy blame and political expediency. Homeland Security and the National Security Agency are actively filtering the internet for every and any speech that can be deemed a threat to the government. I know this for a fact. They have a whole section that just filters Facebook. Pray for the world that God have mercy on us all!

I’m catholic, and i’m shocked! Catholic church seams less and less the Jesus Church!

    • Pagan says:

I was born into an austerely Catholic family but learned to question both doctrine & religious history from a very early age. It never was the Jesus Church Luis. From it’s formation the Roman Church distorted, twisted, deleted, added to & hid the true word of Christ to fit their own agendas. For centuries they have schemed for both religious & political dominance under a supposed holy cloak of invincibility from which they cannot be touched or held accountable for the atrocities they have committed.

I am happy – happy to see so many people waking up to the Firm’s murderous regime & finally questioning all the lies & falsehoods they have blindly been spoonfed without the fear of being tortured, killed & having their souls damned for eternity. Maybe this now is the second coming – where Jesus & his Word is rightly restored without the malevolent influence of this barbaric & archaic institution. I think the historical Jesus would be pleased.

      Blessings

  19. Hilaire says:

The Vatican is undeniably controlled by masons, luciferians, satanists, etc. All the pedophilia and NWO propagation stems from this faction. However, there is often the risk of conflating the Vatican with the Catholic Church as a whole, or even the will of the Pope: the Vatican is not the Catholic Church herself, nor is it controlled by the Pope.

  28. Michele B says:

WTF? I read the passages from TEP that are referenced regarding this JUST YESTERDAY! Alvin, I was raised Catholic. While I haven’t considered myself a Catholic in some 40 years (except for a couple of unsuccessful attempts to re-identify out of love of family), I also never considered Catholics as evil. And I still don’t. Nor have I considered catholocism a cult. But now I’m not sure what to think. I think I’d better hurry up and read the rest of the book. Things are really getting strange! I would never have seen this coming, at least not in my own thinking, and not in my lifetime!

    • It’s just universal errors contradicting the Bible that people have been institutionalized in from their youth to accept without question. Michele there are many sincere Christians in catholicsim and this is no reflection on any of them….and I pray they will leave this institution and come to follow the Bible fully. …It is the system of catholicism- its clerical abuses, its corruptions, its idolatry, the Marian worship, paganism, and doctrinal heresies which I take exception with as did the Reformers. Before Christ comes, there is to be a great reformation…a lot of us are waking up from the stupor and returning to simplicity and God’s word. Our allegiance belongs to Christ and him alone who died for our sins and is capable of redeeming us- and not to a vicar, an idol, an institution, an appartion, or dead saints.

You can see where this is leading, but remember this is the 5th time the Pope has called for this in the last 2 years or so, the first being at the time of Michael Jackson’s death.
I think the world will get that dark and desperate in the end, that the Pope’s words will seem like a shining beacon of global peace and safety.

  30. CC says:

Smells like anti-catholicism, Alvin. Where are the other church leaders of the world? They sit idle and say nothing. Yet when the Vatican stands up and says, “The economic and financial crisis which the world is going through calls everyone, individuals and peoples, to examine in depth the principles and the cultural and moral values at the basis of social coexistence”. This is lauded as conspiracy.
It truly is as Yeats says:

“The best lack all conviction, while the worst
    Are full of passionate intensity.”

    • William Butler Yeats also said: “Once you attempt legislation upon religious grounds, you open the way for every kind of intolerance and religious persecution.”

There is only one who lived on Earth who is pure, undefiled and without spot and that is Christ, the Lamb of God. We are no more here to overthrow earthly kingdoms than Christ was to end Roman rule in Palestine during his day. Satan’s kingdom is of this world…and anybody manipulating events and people behind the scenes are accomplishing nothing but doing his bidding. Christ’s kingdom is not of this world. John 18:36 The Vatican has more blood on her hands than any other institution on this planet and she will be held to account for the millions of innocent lives slain during the Inquisition- for the rape and torment of innocent women, and children entrusted in her care. Her paganism and idolatry is against every teaching in the Bible. Pagan Rome stylized in the vesture of priests- proud, blasphemous, making claims of divine authority, changing the law of God, and assuming titles that belong to God Almighty along. She is ruthless in her cunning, devising and corruption as her history has shown- and that’s a synoptic homily from author and former Jesuit Malachi Martin who summarized the Vatican’s earthly lust for power in the book Keys of this Blood. Revelation warns us in chapter 13, that Satan will use religion to hold absolute sway over the world just before the return of Christ. It’s no accident theocracies are sprouting up in the Middle East.

      • CC says:

The good the Catholic church has done since its inception with St. Peter has far outweighed what has been also the tragedys that have been done in its name or thru its name. To simply brush that aside, to cater to a historical delsuion, is both fallacy and folly.

The history of Christianity is rooted in the successor to Peter. No amount of dancing around it makes the truth less so. Ask Martin Luther who wanted nothing to do with schism but wanted reform. Failure of understanding history both from a theological and from an academic perspective is ignorance.

The Lord’s Truth doesn’t waiver, at times his Church has lost sight but it has always found its way back. As we see now when many of the schisms and breakway churchs slowly muddle into a mass of non-denominational mumbo-jumbo, the faithful are called back into the fold. Whats left will truly be a remnant. Its a choice. Not a choice to say Jesus was a man and you are saved; but to pick up the cross and follow that him and ask for salvation.

      • “The good the Catholic church has done since its inception with St. Peter has far outweighed what has been also the tragedys that have been done in its name or thru its name.”

        Pagan Rome and Catholicism-

        *The martyrdom of the Apostles
*Early Christians thrown to lions by Roman Emeperors
*The Crusades 1095-1272 A.D: millions massacred
*Inquisition 350 years: 70-100 million killed
*Conquest of the Americas by catholic colonialist: 15 million exterminated

Did I miss something? The Books of Acts is the way the body of Christ is supposed to operate, filled with the Spirit and going everywhere ministering, healing, and spreading love and the word of God. I don’t recall reading one single mention of the Aposles carrying out a massacre in the book of Acts or trying to rule over nations. Whatever church or institution this is…I assure you it has no heritage to the real body of Christ. Catholicism has blackened Christianity’s eye in the world. She is drunken with the blood of the saints and now she wants a one-world religion and central bank.

      • Scot says:

CC: The Bible describes HIS church in the end time. “If ye love me, keep my commandments.” John 14:15
The catholic church made up there own commandments….they do not follow God’s.
Catholic’s removed the 2nd commandment, changed the 4th commandment to Sunday, and split the 10th commandment into two so they could say they still had “10.”
“I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.” Matthew 5:18

“And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.” Revelation 22:19
The Bible is very clear. This is not something I came up with. Just copied from His book.

  31. When we all meet our lord after white throne, alone we will be judged for our deeds in these mortal bodies. We will have no excuses as we are all born with the same desire for worship; either ourselves or our lord. what we will not have with us when we leave this worldly plane is education, creeds, or denominations. The lord does not hide within the walls of a building or church, in fact it is told by the lord Jesus christ that the word of god is the life, and it is contained inside all true believers. The walls of the vatican and the pentocostals and the baptists and the … will burn with the rock of gabraltar.
I am sad that people think it is NOW time to prepare for his coming, he is here now, judging.
Lord bless you all and may the lords light reach all cracks and corners of the world to pull the last believer into the gates before the earth cracks and the sun falls.

    good site btw :)

  32. Paula says:

Luisport, I so agree! Just read the document, thanks for posting it Barbara, and I am astonished at the very idea of a Church suggesting this. The Vatican is ready for us to “gradually” hand over national sovereignty- to who? To what? Without one word addressing the vicious history of these nations, these power mongers, and manipulators of humankind. This document is ill thought out at best, and at worst- it’s almost unbearable to think of. May the Spirit of Freedom stay strong in individuals, communities, nations and the world.

  34. Dingo says:

Bankers screw up the world economy and the Pope’s solution, is to give them more power? The man must be a genius! lol

  35. Elizabeth says:

Whoa, just a couple of days ago we were all on the thread about the protests worldwide, and Alvin had said this would turn out very differently than most people think. I think this article shows exactly want he meant, and now it all makes sense to me. I did see different continents’ groups linking up with each other, but when a major government (and let’s face it, the Vatican is a government, but how much influence it has left remains to be seen) comes out and flat out calls for a one world government and one currency, we see the all the pieces fall together like dominos. Once ‘they’ decide to really crack down on the unrest, we will see a global police state. We can expect that any day now, as things are heating up pretty bad in many cities..

We have countries in economic failure, countries on the brink of economic failure, and a global financial crisis. Obviously, it’s a manufactured crisis, but that hidden fact doesn’t diminish it’s impact. There will be enough people unwilling to give up a first world lifestyle that a new global currency could be brought forth as a ‘solution’, and it could be accepted. China has a housing bubble far larger than the one we had that crashed the world in 2008, and it’s about to burst. The Euro is imploding, and we have North African countries taking up Sharia, which bans banking and allows only intrest free loans.

I think before the masses would accept a global government, we will see a 3rd world war, which is technically already in the works. We have this trumped up charge of a plot by Iran, we are quaqmired in Iraq and Afganistan, although that also gives us bases in those countries. I have read that Karzai (prez of afganistan) says one thing to the west, and another to Pakistan, and yet another Saudi Abrabia, so I wouldn’t say he is an ally; but we do already have a presence in the middle east, and the war drums that were beaten for Iraq are now being pounded for Iran. China and Russia are pretty chummy, and they have a mutual dislike for the US. I could go on and on, but I think I made my point, and besides, you all probably make the same connections that I do. There is a war on the horizen.

I will never give up complete hope that we can move forward, though. I think that if you truly lose every shred of hope for a good future, that’s the moment your soul dies, and you are just existing. I would fight to preserve the things I know to be good for humanity, and I will not fall prey to the lies of those who will try to destroy us. I wish us all blessings.

  36. Greg says:

Alvin – I, too, was raised in the Catholic church, but I left it as a young man for I did not find God there. I wandered about in godlessness until the Almighty God reach out to me and showed me who He was. He changed me in to a new creation and my life has never been the same since then. Praise be to the Creator, the God of the universe!
He showed me many years ago that the leadership of the Catholic church was eternally flawed and corrupted by the “traditions of man.”
I pray for the people of the Catholic church to look deep into the beliefs of the hierarchy of the church to find the truth. Read the Catechism and see how it conflicts with the Word of God.
God bless and keep you, Alvin!

    • We have many brothers and sisters in Christ in the “institution” and I know more will reach the same conclusion you reached Greg before the return of our Lord. Our prayers should ever ascend upward to this end.

May God bless and keep you as well,
      Alvin

That is very similar to what happened to me as well, Greg. When I heard the simple and beautiful truth of the true Gospel at the age of 15 I knew immediately it was right. Try as I might to find enough in Catholicism to identify with I couldn’t do so and still remain true to myself and (most importantly) to God. Alvin is right; there are no Popes in the Book of Acts.

Dear Alvin and Others–I love to read your comments. Jesus told His followers how terrible the Endtime will be. I believe God will be with His people and even if we should die for believing only in the God of heaven , it will be cheap. I have books on REvelation that I give away to anybody who wants to know more about the Endtime. How can I get hold of your book, Alvin? Love and strenght to all. Joey

  38. Alvin,

have you been thinking about the near earth astroid 2005 YU55 that will be flying by (no threat to us this time, I’ve been reading) on nov. 8th and the timing of the first national testing of the EAS on nov. 9th?

also, could a CME from the sun around the same time of its passing have any consequence?

  39. sydney says:

Michele B – Catholics are not evil. They are simply ignorant of what they have been taught generation after generation. They have taken their “religion” at face value without “searching the Word to see if these things are true.” It’s the hierarchy of that chuch that have deceived them for generations. If Cathoilcs would read the Catechism, cover to cover, as I have, comparing it to the bible, they would see the truth and it does not match up to the truth of the bible (the only written source of truth). God did not leave us as orphans. He left us His Word.

Now as the return of Jesus Christ is FINALLY eminent, the Catholic church shows the hand they have been hinding behind their backs. Does that hand hold up Jesus as the only possible Savior? No, it holds MAN (the Un, for one example) as the salvation of mankind. Does it offer eternal hope through Jesus Christ as the answer to our prayers? No, it offers mammon as our collective salvation (one world bank, for one example).

    • Michele B says:

thank you sydney. It’s true. As a Catholic I felt sorry for non-Catholics who didn’t belong to what I was always taught was the “one true church.” Boy, did I find out THAT wasn’t true!!

      • sydney says:

Michele B – Did you know that the word “catholic” means “universal?”. That’s right! The Catholic church claims to be the universal church. It’s in the catechism. Kinda turns your stomach doesn’t it?

      • Sydney says:

Michele B – Did you know that the word “catholic” means “universal?”. That’s right and it’s right there in the catechism. They claim to be the universal church. Kinda turns your stomach doesn’t it!

  43. Ronni says:

    Alvin,
I also am a former Catholic. Born and raised with all the Catholic laws, rules, and guilt. My father was not involved in my religious up-bringing. He sat in front of the television every Sunday as my mother dragged me to mass. I was terrified that he would go to hell for this transgression. As a child, I prayed for him all the time. Then somewhere along the way, he had a change of heart and decided to become a deacon. He is still my dad, and I love him very much, but this has been such a HUGE struggle for me. He now tells me that I should just “follow the rules”, “why do you question it? Follow the rules!” It’s almost like he’s been brain-washed. My sister does not see it the same because we are nine years apart, and she did not grow up with him fighting with my mom about not going to mass, and all the horrible ways of the Catholic church. I can not even speak to him about religion anymore because he has all the answers.

My husband and I attended a mass that my dad deaconated at. My husband is not Catholic, but is very religious, and he chose to go to communion. My father told us afterward that neither one of us had ANY business going to communion. That was the last straw for me.

That being said, I feel I must defend one aspect of the religion, and that is the involvement of Mary. I was never taught that Mary was to be “worshiped”. I have always seen Mary as an intercessor. How can it be a bad thing to pray to the mother of Jesus the Christ? To ask her to pray for us to him on our behalf? I believe that Mary has brought many non-believers to her Son through messages, apparitions and visions she has sent. Her only reason for appearing is to bring people to Christ, not to the church. Always telling us to pray, pray, pray! That prayer is our only salvation! She beseeches us to ask God for forgiveness and to repent before it is too late. None of this has to do with the Catholic church, or with worshiping her. It has to do with us and the salvation of our souls, and bringing mankind to her beloved Son.

    Yours Always in Christ,
    Ronni

    • Ronni, I apologize that this is a lengthy discourse but it is necessary to lay out a case. All the information you can research and find on your own. Book quotations and links are included. This in no way invalidates your genuine Christian experience nor any other who sincerely believe they are following God because you are just doing what you were taught and believed to be right.

How can it be a bad thing to pray to Mary? First, Mary is dead and not God and we should not address prayers to created or dead beings no more than we should pray to Lucifer. (Ecc. 9:5) Jesus gave us a model of prayer: “Our Father, which art in heaven: Hallowed be thy name” and prefaced it by saying “After this manner therefore pray ye.” Matthew 6:9. Again, are we here to do what the Catholic Church says or what God has told us in His word? Concerning Mary- let’s look at the Catholic version of her:

As motherhood is a common recurring concept in all religions, The Blessed Virgin Mary receives many titles in the Roman Catholic Church, such as Queen of Heaven and Star of the Sea, that are familiar from earlier Near Eastern traditions.” –Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mother_goddess

Queen of Heaven- Pagan title for goddess Isis who was also Ishtar
Star of the Sea: Title for the goddess Venus or Aphrodite the goddesses of love http://thequeenofheaven.wordpress.com/2010/12/16/star-of-the-sea/
Pagan titles for mother goddess: Magna Dea or Theotokos- Mother of god

Pagans have often accused Christians of blindly following something that they know very little about including pagan practices infused into Christianity and then persecuting them as agents of the devil. They are justified in their thinking because the Catholic Virgin Mary is nothing more than an incarnation of Ishtar, Venus, Isis and Cybele.

Mary died and was buried some say in Ephesus. Further, Christ’s whole genealogical lineage came through Joseph’s predecessors; not Mary… The Catholic doctrine assumed Mary into heaven, just like Muslims assumed Mohammed- and in this regard, they little differ for the Koran devotes more homage to Mary than it does to Christ, Isa the prophet and both ancient cultures were fixated on sun/lunar goddess worship prior to their adoptions of new religions. When Lucifer directed worship of the angels away from God, we know this was a grievous sin…on Earth, when prayers are directed to Mary instead of Christ, it’s called worship. Christ came to mediate for man, to be our merciful and faithful high priest (Hebrews 8:1) not Mary.

In Catholicism, Mary performs this role just as catholic priests do but what does the Bible say: “For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.” 1 Timothy 2:5 Yet, notice what the apparition of the Virgin Mary is proclaiming: “I am the Queen of Heaven, Mother of earth, and Mediatrix of all graces. I will stand here through the turmoil that lies ahead within the holy House of God.” – Our Lady of the Roses, October 6, 1972http://www.tldm.org/news5/mediatrix1.htm

The papal encyclical Ad Caeli Reginam, issued by Pope Pius XII calls the Virgin Mary the Queen of Heaven. “From the earliest ages of the catholic church a Christian people, whether in time of triumph or more especially in time of crisis, has addressed prayers of petition and hymns of praise and veneration to the Queen of Heaven.”

      http://www.vatican.va/holy_father/pius_xii/encyclicals/documents/hf_p-xii_enc_11101954_ad-caeli-reginam_en.html

Title Queen of Heaven given to Virgin Mary comes from goddess Ishtar:

Ancient prayer to goddess Ishtar: “Unto the Queen of the gods, into whose hands are committed the behest of the great gods, unto the lady of Nineveh, the Queen of the gods, the exalted one, unto the daughter of the moon-god, the twin sister of the sun god, unto her who ruleth all kingdoms, unto the goddess of the world who determineth decrees, unto the Lady of heaven and earth who recieveth supplication, unto the merciful goddess who hearkeneth unto entreaty, who recieveth prayer, who loveth righteousness.” –Assyria, W.H.Boulton, p. 154. http://inanna.virtualave.net/ishtartext3.html

The Cave: A pagan symbol of the womb and the underworld

      God’s presence is always on the Mount (Exodus 4:27, 2 Kings 6:17, Isaiah 8:18, Isaiah 14:13, Matthew 17:1,2, Acts 1:9-12, Rev. 14:1)

“And he (Elijah) came thither unto a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of the Lord came to him, and he said unto him, What doest thou here, Elijah? And he said, I have been very jealous for the Lord God of hosts: for thy covenant, for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets…and He said, Go forth and stand upon the mount before the Lord.” 1 Kings 19:9-11

Pagan celebrations were in caves The goddess Persephone was impregnated by Zeus to begat Dionysus in the ‘holy cave.”

“The cave was universally identified with the womb of Mother Earth, the logical place of symbolic birth and regeneration…Cybele, whose name means “Cave-dweller’ was the Great Mother of the gods…to visit the cave and lie with the holy harlot was an act of worship. During the Christian era, most pagan mystery cults celebrated their most sacred rites in caves or underground chambers…the cave of the Vatican belonged to Mithra (the Sun god) until 376 A.D…the goddess Cybele was the Great Mother of the gods- Magna Mater Deum Idea- and was brought to Rome from Phrygia in 204 B.C…her temple stood on the Vatican, where St. Peter’s basilica stands today, up to the 4th century A.D. when Christians took it over. She was one of the leading deities of Rome in the heyday of the mystery cults, along with Hecate and Demeter of Eleusis…She was called Augusta, the Great One; Alma, the Nourishing One: Sanctissima, the Most Holy One.” –The Woman’s Encyclopedia of Myths and Secrets, Barbara G. Walker, pages 154-155, 201

The veneration of these Marian apparitions and spirits is nothing short of demonic occultism. An apparition by defintion is “a ghost or spirit.” This is why the apparitions are always associated with appearances or miracles in the Sun, which was worshipped by pagan Rome, and in caves, which were the womb of the sacred mother goddess in paganism. The cave was also the place of initiation into the ancient pagan mysteries- notably the Eleusinian Mysteries. It is perhaps equally intriguing that the pagan cave motif (Lourdes – Grotto of Massabielle ) are associated both with apparitions of the Virgin Mary and revelations allegedly given to Mohammed of Islam. Is it any wonder why apparitions of the catholic Mary are now appearing in Muslim countries like Egypt? How else would demons appear other than as angels of light to the unsuspecting? That’s why it’s called a deception. “And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.” 2 Corinthians 11:14.

Holy days dedicated to the Catholic Virgin Mary pulled straight from paganism:

August 15- Catholicism: The Assumption of Mary

August 13: Festival to goddess Hecate, the Queen of Witches

“On 13th August, there was a great festival of Hecate the Moon Goddess in Greece, and of Diana, her direct descendant, in Rome, for the harvest ripens…this festival was continued by the Catholic Church. The date of 15 August was chosen for celebrating the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin. The connection between the pagan and Christian ceremony is a very interesting one. The special feature of the Christian festival centres round prayers addressed to the Virgin Mary as they formerly were to the moon goddess who preceded her.” –The Year of the Goddess: A Perpetual Calendar of Festivals, page 145 Lawrence Durbin-Robertson

Festival of torches to the moon goddess Diana, August 15: “Her chief festival was called the Festival of Torches, celebrated on 15 August. Her groves shone with a multitude of torches.” –Harding Women’s Mysteries, p. 130 – Ibid, page 145, Lawrence Durbin-Robertson

February 2- Catholicism: The Presentation of Mary

February 2: The Candle Mass festival of Lupercalia dedicated to Juno Februa/Persephone and Day 2 of Eleusinian Mysteries

“It was the old Roman custom of burning candles on February 2 to the goddess Februa, mother of Mars, to scare away evil spirits…the Latins called it Candlemass, because many candles were then lighted up; as had been done on the Lupercalia, the festival of Proserpine, whom her mother sought with candles.” –The Year of the Goddess, page 42

December 8- Catholicism: The Immaculate Conception

December 8: The Sacred day of Isis

“’Immaculate is our Lady Isis,’ is the legend around an engraving of Serapis and Isis described by King in The Gnostic and their Remains…the very terms applied afterwards to the Virgin Mary, who succeeded to her forms, titles, symbols, rites and ceremonies. Thus her devotees carried into the new priesthood the former badges of their profession, the obligation of celibacy, the tonsure and the surplice, omitting, unfortunately, the frequent ablutions prescribed by the ancient creed. The Black Virgins so high reverenced in certain French cathedrals…proved, when at last critically examined to be basalt figures of Isis! –Madame Blavatsky, Isis Unveiled II, page 95

This is why the Vatican/Catholicism wears the title in the Revelation 17:5: “Mystery Babylon the Great: The Mother of Harlots and the Abominations of the Earth” and drunken with the blood of the saints, massacring anyone down through history that disagreed with her creeds, policies or pursuits of power as I listed in an earlier post.

These are just a few things. I could fill up this entire blog with evidence that shows catholicism is nothing more than revived solar/goddess paganism. This is no indictment on your relationship with God but it is, nonetheless, a sweeping indictment on the pagan institution of catholicism cradling it. My hope is that you ponder this prayerfully….

      Grace in Christ,
      Alvin

      • Ronni says:

        Alvin,
Thank you for taking the time to give such a thorough response. My head is spinning. You must realize that what you have told me has just turned my world upside-down. And the reason is that I can find no fault in what you’ve said. I feel as though I’ve been punched in the stomach. I keep thinking back over my 43 yrs., and seeing how much of my life HAS been devoted to Mary. How it has been completely ingrained in my life. And yet, I can also remember times that I couldn’t understand how much devotion went to Mary, and why weren’t we devoting so much to Christ. I want to cry. I am crying. I feel so deceived, so sad, so angry. Please pray for me. How do I change 43 years of thinking?

      • Ronni,

You are welcome. Under the circumstance, I would feel the same way and did feel the same when I uncovered all of this. The fault is not your own and God does not hold us accountable for what we do not know. The fault lies with the institution that has perpetuated the charade for so many years under the guise of religious piety. If you garb something in enough ceremonialism and liturgy- chances are, people will be so moved by the emotion of devotion that they will rarely see beyond the luster of pageantry. Nazism was a prime example which employed this concept to deceive the German people. We have to realize ultimately we’re dealing with the works of the master deceiver and as long as the world can be held in darkness and shadows- lies have power over the human psyche. God sees your devotion and knows that such a lovely heart would be equally tasked to him and that is a cause for the type of joy in heaven that beams through your tears. I’ll do more than pray…I send my love. Thanks for opening up to me and sharing your heart-felt concerns. I know this isn’t an easy thing to come to terms with but it is a beginning. So please don’t think of it as starting over…think of it as starting up. God is awakening all of us up before the great changes arrive and glory be Him and the Son. Daily, I’m discovering something new but I got here by way of a journey similar to your own and I was blessed with even more than I had because I opened up to it and embraced it. When a child is born, a woman forgets the travail of labor because of the joy of a new creation- so to, you will grow pass the tender wounds and find healing and comfort in God’s word and promises. Drop me a line anytime you like…please. I mean that.

        Yours in Christ,
        Alvin

      • Ronni says:

Alvin, how do I “drop you a line?”

      • Of course, I will Ronni…check your email.

        Grace in Christ,
        Alvin

      • Ronni – I have been reading this exchange between you and Alvin. I believe that we have all been through similar trials, unlearning things we learned as children. I will add my prayers and love also that you will find peace and healing through our Lord and Savior Jesus.

      • Joey Kilroe-Smith & Martin Bode says:

I read your article, Ronni. This thing of the Pope is a blow to all of us. I did not expect it so soon. I knew the dark past of the Vatican, how they killed millions of saints in the Dark ages, for 1260 years. Napoleon fought against them and gave them a wound (biblically-speaking) The wound has healed and in the soon future (1-2 years) they will do the same. All the religions will join the Vatican, EXCEPT Gods faithful children that we find spread out in all churches. We must pray for each oher to cling to and only obey our God and when He comes to fetch His people, and destroy the wicked, we will have eternal joy, peace, and have eternal life. I am praying for you, Ronni, and for all of us and I thank Alvin for this wonderful work that he is doing. Trust and praise God and He will be with us. We have NO fear as long as we abide with HIM. Joey

      • Ronni says:

        Joey,
Thank you for the support and prayers. As I told Irene, it means the world to me. I thank God for Alvin’s guidance, and for bringing his message to us. You are right, we must stand united in these times of trial. This site keeps me focused and intent on what is important. I am also thankful beyond words to know I’m not alone, and I’m not going crazy! :-)
        God Bless,
        Ronni

  44. Divine Sky says:

I sent this to Graeme Bradford, who is the head of the Theology department at Avondale College, and he dismissed it saying ‘The Vatican says these sorts of things all the time, no one takes notice or cares’. What a strange thing to say?

  45. Fillade says:

Dear Alvin, WE all are blessed to have you at this time in this venue, clarity of our Fathers design is freely given upon obiedence. As a uniterian I am blessed not to deal in the distractions of satans deceptions. His attacks are trials enough.
The time is very short, the false profit will soon emerge, the present pope will soon depart for the last, this is given. The formation of the military arm of the beast system is beginning in Europe and probably will include elements of US forces. The push for the Palastine state is the path for the King of the North to invade and occupy the ” Glorious Land”, and partition Jerusalem.
This is as clear as night is from day, when this force takes position there is 42 months to the 2nd advent. All the heavenly signs, earth quakes in various places, nations rising in wars are now upon us, it will get much worse. Let us not lament of our present state, but look up for our redemer draws near.

  46. Joey Kilroe-Smith & Martin Bode says:

Yes! The comments we read so far about persecution by the Vatican are true. The Pope was deposed by Napoleon Bonaparte.s forces in 1798 but has since recovered and grown in power and stature as was predicted in Revelation prophecy. Our greatest enemy will be Satan himself eventually appearing on this earth personifying Jesus Christ.

  47. Annie B says:

    Dear Friends,
I appreciate the passion and desire for truth in all these posts. God is greater than Any religion on earth. Even Christianity, whose Founder said, Love One Another as I have loved you, has thru Protestant rulers, nations and leaders as well as the Catholic church (although I totally agree with the vast evidence of wrong doing by this institution) fallen far short of Jesus’s teachings. All of these institutions are faulty but good can still come from the sincere and earnest believers in each of these faiths. Let us remain brothers and sisters and together seek for truth, and to act in Jesus’s name each day. We can try and make amends for the failures of our past and live better lives here and now. Please consider that we do not want to be divided and conquered through our very sincere desire to serve God in the purest fashion, by the sinister ones who love not God and just want us all to hate one another and to not serve together. All our strength is in our Union..

  48. Marie says:

I was born and raised a Catholic, but only recently started examining the teachings of Christ through the Church. I am reading the Holy Bible, Catechism, History books, and other writings. Instead of finding faults and heresies, I have found only peace and Truth. I am writing in the present tense because I have only started on my journey to know Jesus better.
I know there are bad people in the church. (Show me a religion that has no problems at all.) Must we condemn the entire basket of apples because of the few rotten ones scattered throughout? But we (including myself) are all human and prone to sin.
Instead of a lukewarm soul going through the motions as I once was, I am now proud to be Catholic.
As I read the comments, I felt a great sadness for those who do not understand what the Catholic Church is. I Pray that everyone in the world will wake up and begin to work only for the glory of God and the good of their neighbor. What a wonderful world that would be.
Mister Alvin, Thank you for the work you do to put this site together. I enjoy coming on here to find out about what is going on in the world.
    God Bless Everyone.
    In Christ,
    Marie

Funny they cant move money for the mafia now so they want control of everyones money and finacial situation. I trust no one especially a religion that has shed so much blood already!

  51. Chris says:

I now definitely understand why I was so upset with the religious beliefs I was told to follow (Christianity). I had great belief in sources of higher power (the creator), but so much of the history of the church would lead me to realize all the terrible things that religion has done. I can’t believe the mass murders caused by false prophets proclaiming to have been in touch with God, very similar to papacy of this date. It keeps getting worse and worse. Seems like our entire world is just being ruled by followers of anti-christ, fullfilling prophecies predicted by people who truly were in touch with God.

My prayers to a better world, hopefully we are entering a glorified age, because at this moment it doesn’t seem to be going well.

However, from my knowledge with my limited time here on earth, i do understand that we must face the consequences of our actions, and I do know that the consequences of a lot of people’s actions are starting to unfold. Where it will lead to? Time will tell.

To the pursuance of higher consciousness,

    Chris

Reminder; Never, ever, quote W B Yeats to Alvin.
    Try Oscar Wilde instead:

  53. Thom says:

Bad popes come and go, the church and its doctrine remains and it remains the only true one. I love it how so many of you kwanzanian protestant whinos climb a pedestal and spit on what is pretty much the only christian denomination that remains true.

The catholic church is evil because some pervs decided to pretend to be priests unnanounced and abuse kids? Sodom and Gomorrah?

Then can you please explain to me why is there a rainbow flag on front of the local presbyterian church? Why are so many protestant denominations openly accepting sh*+pushers not only inside the church but *gasp* into clergy? Even your beloved lutherans are soon to follow this path. it is one thing to not be able to properly admnister worldwide church clergy, it is another to openly accept sodomites.

So much hypochrisy. The frequent backtracking on the inquisition is always ironic as well. As if Calvin and Luther themselves were not directly responsible for burning “witches”. There are records of protestant witch hunts happening long after european catholics had outgrown the ignorance and superstition that spawned such things.

You don’t like the Catholic Church? Fine, but this is the very church that was founded by Simon Peter and Paul of Tarsus, following on Christ’s authority. How dare you insult it? Where does your validation come from? Why do you name yourself after common men? Why do you follow little people like Calvin and Luther, power hungry assholes who lowered their pants to shit like everyone else?

And you call me an idolater, eh? You “calvinist”, you “lutheran”. Churches and names created out of people who were too proud or too impotent to change the church from within. Their vanity separated all the brothers in christ, all for validation of wealth and power. It is because of your misguided sense of self-importance that christianity is divided and dying. Because you, in your pride and stupidity refused to recognize the validity of the one true Church and the necessity of christian union. Your kosher approved version of christ’s teachings is what hammered the nails on the coffin of the western world. Medidate on that as it burns all around you, fools.

    • True to what? Certainly not the Bible. If it’s not following God- it’s the work of the devil. What I denounce is the catholic system which is fraught with errors, humanism and pagan traditions that have no more of a biblical basis than did the ancient sun worship of Mithraism in Persia. I can do this while saying there are innocent people caught up in this perverse institution called Catholicism- following what they believe in their hearts to be right and God does not hold them accountable for what they do not know. This is why the angel in Revelation 18:4 proclaims with a loud voice: “Come out of her my people that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:4. It’s understandable that you attack me because you cannot refute what I say. Have you not heard: “Either make the tree good and his fruit good or else make the tree corrupt and his fruits corrupt.” Matthew 12:33 If there is evil rooted in the highest level of this institution, and its founded on paganism- how can it bear any good fruit to the glory of Christ? The fruit is determined by the seeds. You mentioned the Christian church was founded by Catholicism? Nothing could be further from the truth. Study your history…Christian churches were thriving when Rome was still worshipping the Sun, on Dies Solis (the venerable day of Sol, the Roman Sun god) and throwing Christians to lions. Christ mentioned His 7 churches upon the Earth in Revelation 2 and chapter 3. Some scholars say the 7 churches also span time up to the return of Christ. Revelation is a prophetic book, as you well know, and Rome or the Vatican is nowhere mentioned in this list.

      Ephesus
      Smyrna
      Pergamos
      Thyatira
      Sardis
      Philadelphia
      Laodicea

Nero, Trajan, Marcus Aurelius, Domitian, Septimius Severus, Maximinus the Thracian, Decius, Velarian, Diocletian – blood-thirsty Roman Caesars who massacred thousands of Christians over a period of 300 years. Catholicism is a pagan institution. It is not Christ’s church; never was and never will be. The Vatican infused tenets of Christianity into its paganism for the sole-purpose of creating a universal theocratic political power to rule over the Earth. The French Revolution is the only thing that broke the Catholic yoke of power over the crowned heads of Europe.

As far as idolatry- Catholicism is based on nothing but idolatry: “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” Exodus 20:3

“Thou shalt not make unto any graven image…thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them…for I am the Lord thy God.” Exodus 20:4

I wrote into you in an epistle not to company with fornicators. Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or with extortioners, or with idolaters…” 2 Corinthians 5:9, 10

The youngest were admitted to the Order between 6-10 years of age and they could expect to remain “in service” for as long as 30 years. Catholic Father Gabriele Amorth interview with Spero News about his work as an exorcist in Rome:

Spero News: Satanism is spreading more and more. The new Rite makes it difficult to perform an exorcism. Exorcists are prohibited from participating in a Papal Audience in Saint Peter’s Square. What exactly is happening here?

Father Amorth: The smoke of Satan gets in everywhere, everywhere. Perhaps we were kept out of the Papal audience because they were afraid that all those exorcists might have cast out the legions of demons that have installed themselves in the Vatican.

Spero News: You’re joking, aren’t you?

Father Amorth: It might sound like it but I don’t think it is a joke. I have no doubt whatever that the Devil is tempting the upper levels of the Church, above all, just as he tempts every upper level – political and industrial.

I repeat the call for any true hearted followers of Christ in Catholicism to forsake this demonic institution and follow God and stand on the Bible which unequivocally confirms Christ as our only mediator and Savior by grace.

        Alvin,
How in the world do you know/remember all of these things! What I absolutely love about this site, is that you always complete your arguments with facts, quotes, pictures, articles, etc. Obviously, everyone is entitled to their own opinions, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone back what they believe with such a plethora of knowledge. I have tremendous respect for you because of this and because even though there is passion in your responses, you are never insulting or degrading. I hope that people can stop being defensive and sit quiet for a moment to listen with their hearts and open their minds. This former Catholic has.
        Peace in Christ,
        Ronni

      • J Guffey says:

Wow Alvin, what a fountain of knowledge!! Thanks for elaborating to such an extent. I too love how you back up what you say with facts and other proof such as videos and photos.

Never did understand how anyone could support corruption (especially in the church). Their bitterness and hatred for those that believe differently from them speaks for itself. One day, hopefully before it’s too late, they will see and embrace the truth.

Glad you continue to monitor what is posted on this site. After all, that is your perrogative. Personally, I don’t care for hateful degrading comments, as they serve no useful purpose. I can only imagine the number of those you receive. Thanks for keeping posts on this site under control that we each may learn as this site was designed to teach.

It’s nice to have a site to come to for such a vast varity of facts on events of all types Worldwide. The added Biblical references are “icing on the cake”.

  54. Well if that move by the Vatican pleases the ‘Occupy Wall Street’ protesters,
then we will know that those protesters work for the enemy of peace and prosperity.
What we need, is for every nation to have peoples banks owned and controlled by the people.
A one world currency and monetary system comes from the Father of Lies and deceit known as Satan.
The Vatican and its reptillian (person without empathy) army speak with forked tongues.
The Vatican stands for lies, deceit and enslavement of the masses.
May Almighty God smite the Pope and open up the fires of Hell to swallow the Vatican State.
Maybe then we may see peace and prosperity in the world.
Where was the Pope when the West Bombed Libya, Pakistan, Afganistan, Iraq, Yemen and murdered innocents by the hundreds of thousands.
Oh, I forgot, these people are viewed as sub human by the Vatican and so they get very little mention.
The Vatican it seems is more interested in money and its control.
Well …. you, you snake in the grass.

  55. Ken Rich says:

    Thom,

I must whole-heartedly agree with Alvin of The Extinction Protocol, on the points he has made. I have studied the history and teachings of the Catholic Church enough to know, that it is the opposite of what it claims to be.

In fact, for centuries the true Church had to hide in wilderness areas, and the real Christians were hunted down and exterminated with extreme prejudice. Their sufferings and the grisly tortures employed against them, defy description.

You seem to hate the Reformers who led the Protestant movement, yet they were simply Catholics of conscience, who rebelled against the evils they discovered in the Roman Church.

Since you do not seem to value Protestant teachings, perhaps you will listen to a fellow Catholic. Here is a history of the Church from someone brought up as a Catholic, who became a Priest. He received the usual six-year seminary course prior to ordination, a graduate of Catholic university, the Gregorianum in Rome.

He will explain to you that the Popes claims of papal infallibility and apostolic succession, are ridiculous to any honest student of history and Scripture. I could say more on that, but please simply read this. http://liberalslikechrist.org/Catholic/papalinfallibility.html

I sincerely hope and pray that you will grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

    Ken

  56. Paula says:

    Thom,
I don’t think your points will be well taken when your letter is so angry and crude. Attacking the old protestant leaders is not wise because there are many things that were wrong and are wrong with the Catholic Church. It was right to stand up and say so. Catholics like Saint Francis of Assisi, Padre Pio, and Mother Theresa in Calcutta also protested against the Roman hierarchy. I think its one thing to stand up for your faith and its purity and quite another to take away the faith of others, or to look down upon it. I just don’t remember Jesus doing that, in fact he told the Jews stories about the true brotherhood of the Good Samaritan, someone the Jews looked down upon as Impure. Let’s look at people’s hearts. Planet Earth is in big trouble and believers calling each other names is not going to get us to heaven. If so, the pharisees would get there first,
    Love to you all,
    Paula

  58. Charlotte says:

Catholics do not worship the sun, nor Mary, nor the Pope. We honor Mary and ask for her to pray with us. We respect the pope. We are not idolators any more than you who have photographs, paintings and or statues are idolators. We worship only God. The pope is not an infallible person. His teachings on faith and morals only (from Jesus) are infallible. Catholics never claimed to be the first to use prayer beads but we do call ours the Rosary and its prayers trace the life of Jesus Christ. Six to ten year-olds in convents were orphans that the nuns raised or children whose parents gave them over for a number of different reasons. Often crippled and retarded children were not wanted and the nuns took care of them. Not every Christian tenet of faith is in the Bible: the Trinity is not in the Bible, “incarnation” is not in the Bible, “altar calls” are not in the Bible, etc. The Christian faith is founded by Jesus, supported by Scripture AND Tradition as handed down through the ages, carefully studied for two thousand years to discard what is not true. The Roman Catholic Church is one of about thirty Catholic Churches worldwide, (Ex. Eastern Orthodox Catholic.) The word Catholic is not in the Bible, but it means “universal,” in the sense that Jesus founded one Church and wants everyone united. The Catholic Church is not the only church that has Christian truth, but it does have the Fullness of the truth as it has been carefully protected and unchanged by whim and popular notions for 2000 years. We are made up of human beings who are sinners, imperfect, on our journey, but we do have the sacred sacrament of confession which is where many of us convert. We know we have problems as does every church, but the Catholic bashing is out of proportion, unjust, and unChristian. I could refute every groundless slur that has been cast in this blog against the Holy Catholic Church, (with enough time and space.) Instead of persecuting the Church, save that energy to fight evil! Some certainly do know science but their hatred of Catholicism is ill-informed. You don’t hate what IS the Catholic Church; you hate what you perceive to be the Catholic Church.

    • Worship: “The feeling or expression of reverence and adoration for a deity, person or thing.”

You don’t have to worship the Sun. The catholic system is Sun worship. Your allegiance is obviously stronger to the system than it is to God because you choose to believe and follow what Catholicism says over what the word of God expressly forbids. This is what you and every catholic should be questioning rather than defending this archaic pagan institution. I didn’t go out to you- you came to me. If Catholicism is founded on God and the Bible as you claim- how can its authority be greater than the Bible? “The disciple is not above his master.” Matt. 10:30 A created thing cannot be more powerful than the Creator- this ran contrary to Lucifer’s argument in heaven for wanting to be worshipped as a god. You see how this system leads one away from God and why it bears the Luciferian imprint?

Worship of the Pope- again, perhaps your time would be best spent telling these misguided catholics they are in error

Worship and prostration before the Pope

“Thou shalt now bow down to them or serve them…for I the Lord am a jealous God” – Exodus 20:4

      Pope worship

What does the Bible say about falling down in worship or bowing to created beings?

      Angel

John falls at the angel’s feet and the angel expressly forbids it: “And I fell at his feet to worship him, and he said unto me, See thou do it not. I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethern that have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” Revelation 19:10

Satan tempting Christ to bow down and worship him- Who wants to direct worship away from God?

      Satan tempts Christ

“And the devil…saith unto him: All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me. Then Jesus saith unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.” Matthew 4:8,9-10

Pope claims to be God: “Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” Exodus 20:3

“The Pope and God are the same, so he has all power in Heaven and earth.” -Pope Pius V, quoted in Barclay, Chapter XXVII, p. 218, “Cities Petrus Bertanous“.

The pagan crosier- scepter of Ra, the Sun god of Egypt was also used by priests in Babylon

      Crosier of Pagan priest

The catholic pagan crosier or curved cane

      Catholic Crosier

Roman goddess Cybele (name meaning ‘cave dweller’) wearing the mitre later used by popes

      Mitre on Cybele

“Cybele was worshipped in Rome and was also called the “Magna Mater”, or the great queen mother goddess, which evolved into Catholic Mariology. The priesthood of Cybele was composed of castrated males, which parallels the celibate priesthood of Catholicism. The basilica of Saint Peter’s, according to some, stands upon the former site of Cybele’s main temple in Rome. The ruins of temple to Cybele / Magna Mater can still be seen today in Rome on Palatine hill. The mitre on the head of the goddess Cybele is striking similarity to the ‘fish head’ of the God Dagon.” -Crystalinks

      Source: http://www.crystalinks.com/cybeledagon.html

      Pope

(Mitre) Pope in Latin is papa meaning ‘father.’ Catholic priests are also called ‘Father’. What does the Bible say about these titles: “And call no man your father upon the Earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.” Matthew 23:9 See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pope

The Catholic priesthood came from paganism- The Pontifex Maximus was the pagan high priest of ancient Rome

      Pontifex Maximus

      See Pontifex Maximus: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pontifex_Maximus

You mentioned the Trinity is not in the Bible. See the 3 persons of the Godhead here: “And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water, and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him, And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” Matthew 3:16 The Trinity is mentioned again in 1 John 5:7 The incarnation of Christ is mentioned in John 1:14, “and the Word was made flesh and dwelt among us.” It is mentioned again in Colosians 2:9

You speak of traditions handed down in defense of the church. Again, the Bible warns about traditions superceding the Word of God: “Thus have ye made the commandments of God of none effect by your traditions.” Matthew 15:6

Intolerance: No salvation outside of catholicism- all outsiders are heretics

      Vatican

“There is but one universal Church of the faithful, outside which no one at all is saved.” (Pope Innocent III, Fourth Lateran Council, 1215.)

“We declare, say, define, and pronounce that it is absolutely necessary for the salvation of every human creature to be subject to the Roman Pontiff.” (Pope Boniface VIII, the Bull Unam Sanctam, 1302.)

“The most Holy Roman Church firmly believes, professes and preaches that none of those existing outside the Catholic Church, not only pagans, but also Jews and heretics and schismatics, can have a share in life eternal; but that they will go into the eternal fire which was prepared for the devil and his angels, unless before death they are joined with Her; and that so important is the unity of this ecclesiastical body that only those remaining within this unity can profit by the sacraments of the Church unto salvation, and they alone can receive an eternal recompense for their fasts, their almsgivings, their other works of Christian piety and the duties of a Christian soldier. No one, let his almsgiving be as great as it may, no one, even if he pour out his blood for the Name of Christ, can be saved, unless he remain within the bosom and the unity of the Catholic Church.” (Pope Eugene IV, the Bull Cantate Domino, 1441.)

This has nothing to do with people…this has everything to do with doctrines that have no basis in the Bible and are pure paganism as Catholicism is and always was, and ever will be. The only thing I hate is the fact that you are actually wasting your time defending it. It is a failed institution. It is pagan. It is not Christian. It has a history of murdering untold millions of innocent people and it is a political power bent on world domination through theocracy. What I hope and I pray is that you will open your eyes and mind to these irrefutable truths and in love, lead your brothers and sisters out of this ungodly institution.

So the question for you is: Who are you going to follow and obey, God and His Word supreme and the revelation of God in Christ by grace and redemption or the institution of catholicism which pulls you in the exact opposite direction of what God’s word expressly forbids?

  59. Jake says:

I drifted back in the threads tonight, Alvin, cuz I wanted to copy-n-paste something I remember you typing out about the Catholic institution. Wow! I read all the responses from people, had no idea the thread continued till now….

Any any rate, Your Wisdom is on par with brilliant – God Be Praised – Alvin, and may God continue to shine His face down upon you.

I will convey some things to certain loved ones and may God be glorified.

    • May God be glorified for such gifts given to us all, by the grace of His Son Jesus Christ our Lord.

“Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.” James 1:17

I thank God for your faith and support.

Just back from Samhain exclusion – straight to EP & wow my favourite thread of the week is huge! Alvin – this might be a strange question but I have been wondering about it – have you had any problems with censorship? I often wonder as I am making my morning tea before I log on if EP will still be there. My old public blog which I ended up having to take private came under attack a few years ago by certain lobbyists. I hope you don’t face too much scrutiny etc. Anyway, good to be back & reading EP.

        Blessings

      • If it’s not the scientific analysis, it’s the religious commentary- people are always attacking what they don’t understand, can’t conform to their mold of thinking, or can’t control. In some form or fashion, we’ll be around, somewhere —- the Lord’s hand is with us and His truth will prevail. Good to have you back.

        peace and blessings,
        Alvin

  60. Thom says:

Alvin, even with our divergences I liked reading your blog. You deleted my replies though, and proved yourself to be a cowardly rat. You want to spout crap about other people’s religions? At least have the guts and man up enough to have they reply in kind.

    Shame on you.

    • I speak against the doctrines and will continue to. You speak against me. God hates the sin and loves the sinner. Men, on the other hand, love the sin and hate the sinner. It you allow a plant enough time; it always blooms and shows its fruit just as words always reveal character.

      • Evo says:

Alvin, the sword you carry is very sharp, and you can use it. You must have tolerance sometimes with people who disagree. Please lower it.
Otherwise you how can I come to your site and blabber the first thoughts that come into my head!!!. I was born a Catholic, but gave it up for the love of God. There is so much religious conflict in the world now, please, we just need YOU.

      • I challenge doctrines; not people- there is a difference. People express their opinions to me…and that is what I have addressed in return. We can talk about love if that’s what people come here to talk about but there are a lot of people who come here and drop the most hateful things and most have nothing to do with this topic- if you could see what I don’t post. When people come into my house; I expect them to abide by my rules- it’s not the other way around. I’ve never gone on anyone’s site and insulted them. The patience and tolerance, which you don’t see and which I now take great liberty at telling you, is keeping this blog going despite myriad insults received from day 1-

What I do is speak in my space as is my right and liberty to do so. I’m not here to change anyone’s mind to become more agreeable but I am here to deliver a message which is not always agreeable.

please, we just need YOU…” And I’m here for you

      • I believe that we need to realize that true Christianity is NOT a religion, but a relationship with the Son of God, who is God. Religion itself is man-made, therefore fallible. If you really study the Words of Jesus, He was not religious. He was crucified by the religious leaders of His day. There are many men who have used Christianity to wield power, whether Protestant or Catholic.

Thank you Alvin for this blog and for the courage to speak your mind. We may not agree on some things, but this is your site, and you can speak what you believe. I can respect that.

        Maranatha

    • Pagan says:

Thom – Yes, you definitely are as Catholic as your religious forefathers. Singleminded, overbearing, blinkered & prone to fits of rage when your doctrines come under scrutiny. It has ever been so. Same scenario – different Age.

Alvin – Once again – thank you for all you do – regardless of our differing religions, I find you a true brother in the Divine. May the One continue to both grace & protect you.

      Much love, Light & Peace

      • Nothing has changed with Catholicism and nothing ever will…what the institution cannot control, they have destroyed as their history has clearly proven.

Thank you Pagan….much love and light always and the I pray the same in grace and protection.

        Alvin

      • Paula says:

Thanks Alvin and Pagan for the grace with which you reply to each other, and to all the people here in the midst of very harsh circumstances. It is so refreshing.

      • Thanks Paula. It’s not pleasant subject matter but it is reality and will not be ignored. The surgeon afraid of cutting also never acquires the power to heal. Thanks for the love and understanding and bringing in the Balm of Gilead.

        Grace in Christ,
        Alvin

    • Ronni says:

      Thom,
I can only imagine what replies Alvin must have deleted when the ones he DOES post by you are so full of anger and name-calling. Where is Christ in your responses? Why can you not see that Alvin is not attacking you, but only stating fact about a corrupt institution? Look it up. Research it. Learn. I was born and raised Catholic my entire life. My dad is a deacon. My entire family is Catholic, and still, I see the truth in Alvin’s statements. And even if you can’t get past your defensiveness to listen to what he’s saying, why should the rest of us have to endure your mean-spirited responses? As Alvin recently said to someone else, you came here, he didn’t come to you.

Alvin – I can not begin to fathom what it must be like to bear the mission you have been given. You handle it with exceptional poise, patience, and understanding. I don’t know how you do it. God has chosen you for a reason.

      Grace and love in Christ,
      Ronni

  61. Ken Rich says:

Why does the “Occupy Wall Street” movement wrestle with the body of the snake, when they could simply crush it’s head?

There is a reason why the Vatican has been pushing for a NWO, and world bank. Follow the money trail! It’s a yellow brick road stretching from Wall Street, to London, to Switzerland, to Rome – where all roads lead.

“The Catholic church is the biggest financial power, wealth accumulator and property owner in existence. She is a greater possessor of material riches than any other single institution, corporation, bank, giant trust, government or state of the whole globe.” — “The Vatican Billions” Avro Manhattan

  62. Thom says:

    “anger and name calling”

I thought you were the ones accusing me of being a member of a satanist organization and worshipper of the anti-christ. Compared to that, I don’t see how saying a few 4-letter words offends anyone. But here it goes, toned down to avoid censorship. As gentle as it gets and without need to censor it:

    “Sola scriptura” and Sola Fide”:

I love how you protestants can so easily distance yourselves from the institution that has represented and spread christianity from the beginning. You guys might want to throw away your King James Bible, being that it is nothing but a slightly altered translation of a book compiled and organized by the early evil catholics. Who knows what these evil devil worshippers might have put it in there? On your own terms, It is quite ironic that you consider this your only and infallible source of Godly knowledge. The book you read didn’t fall out of heaven on a parachute, it was transcribed by human hands. Catholic hands, to be more precise.

If it weren’t for the evil catholic church you would be worshipping Odin, Zeus or something worse, btw. You complain about the blood that was spilled, but you revel on the fruits of the wars fought over our faith.

    * “Judge a three by its fruits”

Funny, because Catholicism preserved ancient knowledge, spread our religion throughout the world and you can really say western civilization wouldn’t exist without it. Catholic european countries are the ones less affected by multiculturalism and the only ones that hold onto their cultural and ethnical heritage, btw.

You want to know what protestantism does to people? Might want to look into places like the Netherlands. Debauched and godless countries where the majority of the population embraces sodomy and atheism. If you want to save some time you can simply turn on the television and watch some televangelism.

The inquisition does not seem like a bad idea when you consider what the protestants have done to christianity. The “prosperity gospel” is just the tip of the iceberg. Calvin and Luther themselves were responsible for horrible heresies such as denial of free will and justification of material wealth through God’s grace(the granddaddy of the prosperity gospel). The list goes on and on(“soul sleep”, not needing to do good deeds on earth to earn grace, etc). I do not know any protestant church that didn’t base its existence on destroying a basic principle of the Christian faith. Compared to that, wearing funny hats and rehashing a few pagan symbols means nothing.

If the debauchery and destruction of sacred tenants by Protestantism isn’t enough of an argument, consider that it also divided christianity into thousands of bickering “denominations”, most of them kosher approved and joker stamped. Christianity is weakened and dying because of this division.

Alvin, you say that the Catholic Church isn’t the only church holding true to the teachings of Christ? I say it is, and you have not proved otherwise. You post a lot of pretty pictures and provide ample graphical comparison between catholicism and pagan religions, it doesn’t mean anything. It is actually a dangerous thing to do. The egyptians believed in a virgin giving birth to the son of a God, that doesn’t make our faith a joke and a revision of their pagan rites, does it? By cultural influence or coincidence, many of the symbols and practices of our faith might resemble pagan traditions and symbols. If you are so hung up about it, then just go ahead and stop celebrating Christmas and thanksgiving day. These are also traditions that coincide with pagan celebrations.

The Catholic Church is not perfect, but what gives you the right to dismiss it as something unchristian? Most of you seem to be calvinists… why do you talk to me about being true to christianity when you belong to a kosher approved debauchery of it? A revision of my faith that denies the greatest gift we received from God(free will) and that also uses the religion to justify material wealth. Look at your own damn self before accusing others of not being christian. Catholicism has been around for nearly 2000 years and it is not going to be dismissed by people who follow the broken theology of trouble-makers and opportunists like Calvin and Luther.

Now if you are indeed not dishonest, allow my post to appear and maybe even reply to it if you feel the need to. I’m not going to read your blog any longer after this disappointment and won’t “trouble” you again, but I got into an argument with you after you offended my faith, and the least I deserve is the right to reply before going on my way. Saying all you said and then censoring me the right to reply would be as pathetic as it gets. It would be the equivalent of being a kid, covering your ears and screaming “LALALA, I CAN”T HEAR YOU” after calling me bad names.

    • You said: “The inquisition does not seem like a bad idea when you consider what the protestants have done to Christianity.”

And with this you tell the world what’s in your heart as I said. Here’s a brief history on the gravity of what you just proclaimed…

      http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waldensians

This is the brutal history and torture of the Waldensians which Catholics, the very vile institution you revere and defend so blindly and vehemently, raged against for centuries.

      Inquistion 1

Print illustrating the 1655 massacre in La Torre

      Inquistion 2

Massacre of the Waldensians of Mérindol in 1545

The reason you can’t see beyond what Catholicism is because it has become inseparable to your soul. How could any child of Christ say such a thing about the brutal torture and death of 65 to 100 million people?

      7 Churches

7 Christian Churches thrived in Asia Minor 2 centuries before Catholicism (Revelation 2, 3)

The world did not need the vice, brutality or paganism and the untold human atrocities that followed popery to spread any message of Christ. Seven Christian Churches thrived in Asia Minor as recorded in the 2nd and 3rd chapter of Revelation two centuries before Catholicism ever came on the scene and while Rome was still worshipping the Sun. It’s part of the illusion Catholics have perpetuated for centuries that they are responsible for founding the Christian faith. It’s a lie. There is no apostolic succession in Catholicism- but there is Apollo succession- the Sun god. Why would Christ give the keys to the very people who killed his Apostles?

Let’s look at the satanic character of this persecution power and you’ll come to the save conclusion that the Bible reaches that it is an institution of Satan:

“Anyone who attempts to construe a personal view of God which conflicts with Church dogma must be burned without pity.” — Pope Innocent III

      Burning Chair

Burning Iron Chair: consisted of sharpened iron nails that could be heated red hot from below. The victim would be bound and then slowly roasted in the open air as the coals heated the iron. Untold thousands met their fate in this cruel instrument of torture.

Bernardus Guidonis, the Author of Practica Inquisitionis (Practice of the Inquisition) and the Directorium Inquisitorum (Guideline for Inquisitors) completed by Nicolaus Eymerich, grand inquisitor of Aragon. These were the authoritative text-books for the use of inquisitors until the issue of Torquemada’s instructions in 1483, which was an enlarged and revised Directorium. Here is a passage from these manuals:

“When sentence of torture has been given, and while the executioner is preparing to apply it, the inquisitor and the grave persons who assist him should make fresh attempts to persuade the accused to confess the truth; the executioners and their assistants, while stripping him, should affect uneasiness, haste, and sadness, endeavoring thus to instill fear into his mind; and when he is stripped naked the inquisitors should take him aside, exhorting him to confess, and promising him his life upon condition of his doing so, provided that he is not a relapsed (one dilated a second time), because in such a case they cannot promise him that.”

I ask you if this is the character of Christ or is this the same satanic character that inspired men to crucify and torture our Lord Jesus Christ?

      1

Is there a Bible prophesy predicting this antichrist Catholic power would rise up and commit these atrocities to God’s saints thousands of years before they happened? Yes

And he shall speak great words against the Most High and shall wear out the saints of the Most High and think to change times and laws…” Daniel 7:24

      Pope

Great words against the most High- blasphemy- claiming authority, powers and titles which belongs to God Almighty along:

“He [the Pope] can pronounce sentences and judgments in contradiction to the rights of nations, to the law of God and man…He can free himself from the commands of the apostles, he being their superior, and from the rules of the Old Testament…The Pope has power to change times, to abrogate laws, and to dispense with all things, even the precepts of Christ.” – Decretal de Translat. Episcop. Cap.

To believe that our Lord God the Pope has not the power to decree as he is decreed, is to be deemed heretical.” – The Gloss of Extravagantes of Pope John XXII, Cum. Inter, title 14, chapter 4, “Ad Callem Sexti Decretalium”, Column 140 (Paris, 1685). In an Antwerp edition of the Extravagantes, the words, Dominum Deum Nostrum Papam (“Our Lord God the Pope”) can be found in column 153.

The Pope and God are the same, so he has all power in Heaven and earth.” – Pope Pius V, quoted in Barclay, Cities Petrus Bertanous Chapter XXVII: 218.

“And call no man your father upon the Earth; for one is your Father, which is in heaven.” –Matthew 23:9

Lucifer: Seeking worship as a god

      Stn

Who does the Bible say aspired to be like the Most High God and where did this originate? Lucifer:

I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the Most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.” -Isaiah 14:14, 15

      Changing God’s Law:

“And he shall speak great words against the Most High and shall wear out the saints of the Most High and think to change times and laws…” Daniel 7:24

      Law

Catholic version of the 10 commandments is changed. The 2nd commandment, prohibiting the worship of idols, has been removed and the first commandment has been split into two commandments to allow the worship of idols in Catholicism. Catholic 10 commandments: http://www.catholicbible101.com/thetencommandments.htm

      Idol

The 2nd commandment in the Bible removed by Catholics in their version of the 10 commandments: “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above…thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God is a jealous God.” Exodus 20:4

In any court of law, the evidence presented here is overwhelming enough to convince any objective juror that Roman Catholicism is nothing more than paganism and thus bears the Luciferian imprint. I pray and hope that all sincere people of God will forsake this corruptive institution and its pagan idolatry and stand on the Bible and the testament of Christ before it’s too late.

    • Pagan says:

Thom – I am not a Calvinist nor am I a Lutheran. My belief system pre-dates any form of Christianity up to & including Catholicism by at least 5,000 years. Whilst my religious forebears were building wonders of the world, charting the heavens & creating & composing works of art, sculpture, music & literature of exceptional beauty, yours were wallowing in mud, living in a superstitious hell where women were third class citizens & a goat or donkey was worth more than a human life. I’d prefer Zeus, Odin, Brigid, Ceridwen or Isis to your narrow beliefs any day. I am sorry to shatter your illusions & regret any offence to anybody but that is the truth of it. There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.

You say the Inquisition wasn’t such a bad idea? I think you are joking or out for shock value because no rational modern mind regardless of which religious denomination it belonged to would attempt to justify the torture & slaughter of over 80 million men, women & children. Do you have any idea what it must have been like to be burned alive? On par with crucifixition to be sure. I’m sure you would have screamed for them to throw more faggots on the fire thus hastening the inevitable & to avoid any more agony. From what you have written I see a distinct lack of nobility & grace – you are no warrior of Christ – no matter how much you sublimely imply you are. Tighten your cilice though – it’s slipping. I know who & what you are.

You go on to say “Funny, because Catholicism preserved ancient knowledge, spread our religion throughout the world and you can really say western civilization wouldn’t exist without it.” Catholicism didn’t preserve the ancient Judaic traditions – they bastardized it, twisted & blended it with doctrine stolen from Mithraism & the Cult of Sol Invictus to make it palatable to a predominately Roman audience. By pandering to that audience then actually voting on & deifying Jesus & then casting the Jews as scapegoats, the spread of what subsequently became Catholic orthodoxy was assured of brilliant success. The Roman Church is a Pagan creation, but one so alien to & against any true Pagan belief that it is completely heretical & confused. It is responsible for mass murder & genocide on an unprecedented scale now & in the past. The very fabric of it reverberates & resounds with it’s blood soaked history. You really need to read the history of your church with an open mind & away from the shadowy & sinister influence of it.

“The god Christ was assimilated to the religious and philosophical traditions of the Hellenistic mind. Christianity did not destroy Paganism; it adopted it. The Greek mind, dying, came to a transmigrated life in the theology and liturgy of the Church…the Greek mysteries passed down into the impressive mystery of the Mass. Other Pagan cultures contributed to the syncrestic result. From Egypt came the idea of a divine trinity…from Egypt the adoration of the Mother and Child…From Phrygia came the worship of the Great Mother….The Mithraic ritual so closely resembled the eucharistic sacrifice of the Mass that Christian fathers charged the Devil with inventing these similarities to mislead frail minds. Christianity was the last great creation of the ancient Pagan world”
Will Durant – Volume III (pg 595) –

I hope Thom reads this great response and the history behind it. Again Pagan and Alvin, thank you. People are usually born into some religious path or the absence of one, and have to awaken on their own and find the path that will truly get them up the mountain to God.There are men and women of great light in all the religions. And there are criminals and haters of mankind in every religion who place dogma and power over mercy to their fellows.

Here are some heroes: Dietrich Bonhoeffer, the Protestant minister who stood up to Hitler and the Nazi’s, and the Protestant, Jewish, Orthodox and Catholic brethren in Communist Russia who were imprisoned, murdered and tortured, CS Lewis who made Christianity possible again for millions during WW 2, Catholic Mother Theresa in Calcutta who picked up India’s poor off the streets and loved them as Christ himself and stood face to face with Ex president Clinton and told him the truth about abortion as murder, Tich Naht Hahn the Buddhist who worked with the survivors of the communist Khmer Rouge to forgive and rebuild their lives and country and the unsung Ones who just live their faith and principles.

There are heroes and there are haters and a vast amount of people in between who are still choosing what path, if any, to take. I wonder how long this trail of comments will
actually go? Bless you Alvin and ALL

If a small child is listening, who would be the one to make him/her feel safe, loved and secure.?Who would the child trust with his life? The one who is Loving, compassionate, gentle and meek? Or the one who is crude, dominate, and sides with those who commit and have commited horrific crimes against the innocent? I for one can hear the beautiful voice of God through you Alvin, and I thank God for you. I believe you need all our prayers more than ever, right now, as you have been found and the attacks are just starting. God Bless you and keep you strong and to all those walking the path and to those who have yet to discover it.

  64. I am astonished about so many and so long comments.
For me comments are a way to see an issue from different sides …. and in order to open my awareness. I see the problem with lots of comments, that people want to convince others from their viewpoint …. and this is in “my eyes” contra-productive … and it invites people to be more closed about their standpoint, which is a pity.
The information about the church is out there, who wants to know about it, has all the chances of the world to be really informed. The information about the movement for ONE WORLD ORDER is out there as well. There are people who are wanting to know the truth and there are others who are only wanting to stand up for their opinions, if they are true or not.
These two camps cannot find together.

My personal opinion: A ONE WORLD ORDER is not want I want and I don’t wish it for anybody on earth ……… but if we get it or not, will be a question about the awareness of the majority of people. I have hope for the best …. and I am scared at the same time.
Power WITHOUT love is very DANGEROUS !!!!

  66. dave atchison says:

Alvin, I’m amazed at how every Catholic I debate says they don’t pray to the virgin Mary or saints or look at the Pope as infallible, even though they do just that. It’s like their conscience speaks up for a brief second because they know that it is scripturally wrong. Yet when the debate is over they go back to what they were taught to do and believe. Letting ‘man’ think for you is one of paths that satan gains entry into one’s soul.Infant Baptism, salvation through the church, purgatory, intercession by Mary or ‘saints” are all part of the same Catholic dogma that places a chain of command between man and God. The thief on the cross had no need for any of that nonsense but was saved through Christ alone. He is our lesson, for no one is save or damned buy the faith or actions of someone else.

    • Well, the Catholic doctrines of veneration of Mary and the Pope commend the very thing the Bible expressly forbids. It’s an ancient system of tradition built on idolatry and if you practice something long enough, it becomes so culturally engrained into your psyche that you can’t separate it from reality anymore.* A perfect example of this is what abolitionist Harriet Tubman said about freeing Negro slaves in the South on the Underground Railroad and this is profound:

“If I could have convinced more slaves that they were slaves, I could have freed thousands more.” –Harriet Tubman

This is why Christ said repeatedly: “Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free.” John 8:32

You can take even the minutest Catholic doctrine of Mary and see just how much it has strayed into paganism. For example, Catholics use the verse of Revelation 12:1 in Revelation to justify the Assumption of Mary which says: “And there appeared a great wonder (sign or panoramic vision) in heaven; a woman clothed with the Sun and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars.” Revelation 12:1.

Although this is a symbolic reference to Christ’s Church; Catholics are convinced this verse is a description of Mary but the Bible says “a great wonder” appeared in heaven; not the woman. A picture of you in my car is not the same as you being in my car- is it? Where was the woman? She was actually on the Earth. The Bible says, “She was given two wings of a great eagle that she might fly into the wilderness into her place, where she is nourished…from the face of the serpent.” Revelation 12:14

How do we know this is the Church for sure? Because the Bible says God’s true Church goes back to the Exodus and Mount Sinai: “This is he (Moses) that was in the church in the wilderness with the angel which spake to him in the Mount Sinai.” Acts 7:38

Another reason, the Christian Church could not have been founded by Rome as the Vatican claims since it existed at the time of Moses.

Why is this significant? Because most visions of Mary we see, depicts her standing on the crescent moon:

Mary of Guadalupe shows her also with the crescent moon. There is nothing in the Bible that says this was a crescent moon under the woman’s feet, no more than it says she was clothed with an eclipsed Sun. So where did this crescent moon come from? It came from paganism and is attached to the worship of the mother goddess and Queen of the Moon- Isis, Ishtar, Hecate, Cybele, Diana, Minerva, and a host of other names by which she was known among the ancients.

Is it any wonder why apparitions of the Virgin Mary began appearing in Islamic countries like Egypt? Barbara Walker says: “Fatima was the Arabian moon goddess…in brief, she was really none other than the Great Goddess. Like the virgin Mary, her western counterpart, Fatima was officially demoted to mortality but still kept most of her titles and powers.” -The Woman’s Encyclopedia of Myths and Secrets, Barbara G. Walker, page 306

God is calling His faithful people out of the false systems of worship and let’s hope and pray that more will respond to the call once light falls on their pathway. We have great love for all our brothers and sisters in Christ and only want to see them abandon the traditions of men and come and stand firmly on God’s word, law and the gospel testament of Jesus Christ our Savior. You’re right David, we have only one mediator to God and that is through the redemption and grace of Jesus Christ- it is our only joy, hope and salvation. 1 Tim 2:5

Alvin, Thank you for time and teachings. I just watched “Martin Luther” (50′s version). Growing up in the Wisconsin synod Lutheran church I knew more than my peers about the evils of the Catholic church, but I have learned so much more from your Website. As I watched the movie i had so much more background information because of your teachings. My brother’s parents in law are part of the new Liberal wing of the Catholic church. Recently at a family function they told me their church’s mission was “social justice”. From a small Parrish in Minneapolis to the Vatican in Rome, the gospel is replaced by social, economic and political ideology. Now that i have rediscovered the true Catholic church, reading the paper or watching the news is like having a built in alarm that sounds when Bible prophecy is being fulfilled. In order to be an effective debater, i went to a Catholic website and found several pages devoted to ”debunking Protestant myths about the Catholic church”. Many of your lessons’ subject matter are addressed on their website. If you have to have several pages devoted to defending your beliefs against hundreds of years of attacks you probably are on the wrong side of the debate. I used to think that the Vatican mixed paganism and superstition with the Bible only in order to make it easier to convert the natives. I now see that what they were given in it’s place was as evil as what was in them before the Catholics arrived. I have a question for you Alvin. Since church participation in the EU is so low , is it your contention that the Vatican is not going to need the mass support of the EU people but rather focus it’s efforts to subjugate Israel through the political mechanisms of the EU governments and the United Nations?

    • I think the Vatican has been very influential in shaping EU policy through the Council of Europe and will be even more so as this crisis deepens. It represents 47 countries and comprises 800 million people. As I said, the phoenix bird that will rise from this debt crisis will bear the Vatican’s imprint. When the EU is united- consensus law prevails, even if the policies collide with traditional Western ideologies of the separation of church and state.

Council of Europe influences the EU: http://conventions.coe.int/

      Case in point:

“Vatican praises EU decision on crucifixes in class. The Vatican welcomed the high court’s decision as it campaigns to remind Europe of its Catholic roots.”

Crucifixes in public school classrooms do not violate a student’s freedom of conscience, a European high court ruled Friday in a verdict welcomed by the Vatican in its campaign to remind the continent of its Christian roots. The case was brought by a Finnish-born woman living in Italy who objected to the crucifixes in her children’s classrooms, arguing they violated the secular principles public schools are supposed to uphold. The debate divided Europe’s traditional Catholic and Orthodox countries and their more secular neighbors that observe a strict separation between church and state. Initially, the Strasbourg, France-based European Court of Human Rights sided with the mother. Italy appealed, supported by more than a dozen countries including the late Pope John Paul II’s predominantly Catholic Poland, and won. Friday’s reversal has implications in 47 countries, opening the way for Europeans who want religious symbols in classrooms to petition their governments to allow them. It was not immediately clear how the ruling would affect France, a traditionally Catholic country with a strictly secular state that does not allow crucifixes or other religious symbols in public schools, including the Muslim headscarf. -Solon, March 18, 2011 – Source: http://www.salon.com/2011/03/18/eu_europe_classroom_crucifixes/

The Vatican is very involved with the EU and the United Nations as it as similarly led ecumenicalism among all religions (including most which have nothing to with Christianity or the Bible) and I think their objectives are just what the name “catholic” implies- meaning ‘universal.’ I think the grand design is something even more encompassing than just Israel, thus we are told in scripture “all the world wondered after the beast.” Revelation 13:3

It is the hope that more Catholics will be awakened to the errors of the system- as this is what this is about and not the people.

      You’re welcome Dave

  68. Marei says:

    Alvin,

I can understand deleting some nasty messages, but there is nothing wrong with this one here. I can also understand that you are most likely busy, but still that is no reason.

“You are right the bible forbids any worship to anyone except God. But anytime in the old testament, when an angel appeared, the man would “fall prostrate”. He was not worshiping the angel but honoring what he knew was holy and united with God. Hebrews 13:7 says “Remember your Leaders…. Consider/Imitate their lives.” Are we to forget about them after they die? Catholics do not worship Mary or the saints, they simply honor them, ponder their holy lives, and their spiritual relationship with God. When we salute the Flag, we are not worshiping it. In some foreign Countries, men bow to each other as a sign of respect, they are not worshiping each other.

“Another reason, the Christian Church could not have been founded by Rome as the Vatican claims since it existed at the time of Moses.”

Does this mean that the ‘Christian Church’ was not founded by Jesus Christ?
Please explain, I have never heard this version before.”

    Still your sister in Christ.

    • Marei,

Your faith and adoration should be in God, not in what God created. Did not Christ warn the Pharisees that they were missing the very point of worshipping God in vain by this same thing when He said, “Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifieth the gold?” Matthew 23:17. Mary was created by God and is not to be venerated or adored…period. The mother goddess comes from paganism as does the veneration of high priest- the Pontifex Maximus. The Apostles warned us that this would be indicative of the moral corruptive power that would come in the last days: “Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator who is blessed forever. Amen.” Romans 1:25

When you venerate a creature, woman, thing, wife, husband, priest above the Creator- it’s worship. Now let’s look at what the Bible says about people who fell down before angels and what the angel’s response was this:

Gabriel appears to Daniel: “Yet heard I the voice of his words: and when I heard the voice of his words, then was I in a deep sleep on the ground. And, behold, a hand touched me, which set me upon my knees and upon the palms of my hands.” Daniel 10:9, 10

      John

Gabriel appears to John: “And I fell as his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not. I am thy fellow servant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God; for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” Revelation 19:10

Pope performs Mass in heart of vodoo country, Nov. 20, 2011: “Pope Benedict XVI ended his second trip to Africa on Sunday with a mass for tens of thousands in the voodoo heartland of Benin and by issuing a grand vision for his Church’s future on the continent…For Sunday’s mass celebrated by Benedict, some 50,000 people filled a stadium in Cotonou, the economic capital of Benin, a country considered both a heartland of voodoo and a bastion of Catholicism — and where the two religions often mix.” Yahoo News http://news.yahoo.com/pope-ends-africa-trip-giant-mass-voodoo-heartland-164647974.html

Do you know why satanism follows catholicism everywhere it goes? Because Catholicism is Satan’s architect and grand master deception under the guise of Christianity: Santeria in Latin America, Voodoo in Africa and Haiti. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Santer%C3%ADa

Rome is one of the world’s leading places for Satanic cults: “Satanic cults are on the rise in an unexpected location – Rome, says a Catholic priest. “There is a greater openness towards the devil,” said Father Gabriele Amorth, the Vatican’s Chief Exorcist, to the Christian Broadcasting Network. Father Pedro Barrajon, a Catholic priest in Rome, stated, “Satanism and the occult are in fashion.” The overwhelmingly Roman Catholic nation of Italy has an estimated 800 satanic cults, with more than 600,000 followers. But Rome, home to Vatican City and the pope, is where the fiercest spiritual battle is taking place.” –Christianity Today, April 25, 2008

Conversely, when we venerate priests and revere the popes and his emissaries as holy prelates- we place these people in positions that encourage pedophilia practices with impunity.

As far as Christ and the Church. Christ is the Church. “For that drank of the spiritual Rock that followed them (Israelites in the wilderness): and the Rock was Christ. But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.” 1 Corinthians 10:4,5 Christ is the stone that the builders rejected upon which faith is based- “Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone.” Ephesians 2:20 “For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth…all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. And he is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things, he might have the pre-eminence.” Colossians 1:16-18

  69. Francis says:

I love this blog and the care that is given to its readers. However, with all due respect,I must disagree with this teaching on Mary, the Mother of Jesus. I don’t think anyone should be forced into a religious feeling or act that is unnatural to that soul, but I also think its wrong to condemn the love, honor and respect given to Mary. Jesus himself thought of her with love. Here are some examples.
First, “And the angel came unto her can said, Hail, thou that art highly favored, the Lord is with thee; blessed art thou among women”. Luke, Chapter 1 verse 28. The Catholic prayer of the Hail Mary repeats the words of the angel- sent by God the Father- to Mary. The angel is telling her of the Mission God is asking her to do, and lending his support. Thank God she decided to take on a very difficult position. Imagine if others were offered the calling and turned it down! Imagine if Mary had turned it down.
Secondly, “When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son! Then saith He to his disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own home. After this, Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished.”…John Chapter 19 verse 26-27.
If Jesus, from the very Cross, chose to think of His mother and offer her to his disciple, and then to offer His disciple to His Mother, do you truly in your heart think its wrong for us to honor and respect this great friend of humanity?
There are many awful things that the Catholic Church has done, but honoring Mary is not one of them. Protestants may dislike the practice of the rosary, and not relate to Mary. Just let that be their choice. But do not turn away people from the love of Mary, who always brings souls closer to Jesus.
If the appearances of Mary are so evil as some believe, why does she come to fight evil, expose it, and lead people to holier lives and great love of Christ. Seriously.
In the appearances of Fatima, Mary warned the world of the rise of World communism! She said to pray for the conversion of Russia and the freedom of the world from its errors. She said if we did not turn this evil around, that entire nations would disappear. And so it happened. Think of the millions lost to Communism in Eastern Europe, and the nations of the Ukraine, Georgia, etc.
In Rwanda, she appeared to children from both tribes, ten years before the genocide began. She begged the people of both tribes to set aside their differences and showed them visions of the awful murder that would come upon them. The genocide was the evil, not the appearance of Mary who tried to bring peace to our seriously troubled planet.
God is reaching out to us through many avenues, let us not limit HIM or be pharisees ourselves who say God Must Show Up Just Like This… the very pharisees of ancient times did not accept Jesus because He did not fit their Law.
God Bless You Alvin, I sense your great love of Jesus and His Church even though we disagree on some things. I am sure the Lord has room in His many mansions for all of us.
God’s truth and blessing to each and every one of His Children

    • Francis, I’m delighted that you love the blog and I’m thrilled to have a sister in Christ here. I also thank you for sharing your faith and this discourse, in reply, is no disimbiguation of your relationship with Jesus Christ.

I understand your passion for this and I have nothing against the woman who gave birth to Jesus but what I take issue with is how Mary is venerated in Catholicism because it is unbiblical. The angel also appeared to Joseph in Matthew 1:20, and Joseph is nowhere as revered in Catholicism as Mary- the statues, the images, are all expressly forbidden in scripture in the 2nd commandment which prohibits the worship of idols. I have to attest that the reason Mary is appearing to people is because of the catholic séances and liturgy which has summoned her from her pagan pedestal’s perch. Look beyond these apparitions and see how I point Catholics directly to God as the Scripture lays a path and yet you erect Mary again in the very pathway to the Lord which the Bible defines. Now I ask you if she was really of God, would she be such an obstacle to the very God she claimed to be representing? Christ said, “A house divided against itself shall not stand.” Matthew 12:25.

If Johanna Michealsen’s book The Beautiful Side of Evil, she documents numerous cases of beings who appeared to children as beings of light when they were actually demonic spirits in disguise. Who would say no to a spirit that appeared in the form of a mother-figure? That’s why this is such a powerful deception. It has an aura of sanctity and the austere appearance of innocence. The church even sanctions it. It gets into your mind; becomes one with the psyche. So enthralled, you can’t see anything in your life without the luster of the Virgin Mary resonating through it. The maternal mythos of the entity is encompassing and pervades every religious thought in your being. She becomes your world, like a family and the veneration becomes institutionalized.

Christ is our only intercessor and mediator and way to God as He affirmed in John 14:6. Christ also said, “All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.” John 6:37 If we cannot be rejected, we don’t need Mary or a priest- You see how Catholicism was set up to create a spiritual and psychological co-dependency between the practioner and the clergy?

A video, not by me but by CNN saying the same thing about how Mary came to such prominence in Catholicism.

      Grace in Christ,
      Alvin
