Solar watch: sungrazer comet, sunspots, and arrival of CME

September 16, 2011 – INCOMING CME: On Sept. 14th, an eruption near sunspot 1289 hurled a CME in the general direction of Earth. Analysts at the Goddard Space Weather Lab expect the cloud to deliver a glancing blow to our planet’s magnetic field on Sept 17th around 04:30 UT. Sunspot 1289 poses a threat for Earth-directed C-class solar flares

Comet engulfed by the Sun: Discovered on Sept. 13th by Michal Kusiak of Poland and Sergei Schmalz of Germany, the doomed comet was a member of the Kreutz family. Kreutz sungrazers are fragments from the breakup of a single giant comet many centuries ago. They get their name from 19th century German astronomer Heinrich Kreutz, who studied them in detail. Several Kreutz fragments pass by the sun and disintegrate every day. Most, measuring less than a few meters across, are too small to see, but occasionally a big fragment like this one attracts attention. –Space Weather

Oh joy, we have earthquakes we’re watching, volcanoes exploding, and now this once again.

Yesterday, Turkey said that it was configuring its F-16 radars to ID Israelis aircraft as hostile.Greece and Turkey are not getting along right now either. It seems that Turkey is exercising its muscle as a want-a-be-leader in the mid east. It is getting nasty there.

Dennis here is some more to keep you occupied. I previously read that Togarmah is Armenia. I have now read this.

Gomer = Germany,
Tubal = Tobolsk (Russia),
Meshech = Moscow (Russia),
Magog = Russia;
Togarmah = Turkey;
Persia = Iran;
Sidon and Tyre = Syria.
Sheba and Dedan = Saudi Arabia
Tarshish = possibly Great Britain

I don’t know about up there but here down under I can’t believe how close Jupiter is to the moon tonight.

Just something I want to share. I have never seen anything like it before. I don’t know what it means.

My mother always said that if there was a haze around the moon it was going to rain and it always did.

But it is 3.30 am here and around 3.00 am I was awake andI went outside to have another look at the moon and Jupiter. I could not believe my eyes. The sky had all these mottled type of light white clouds fanning out from the north west and I could not take my eyes off them. When I looked back at the moon the clouds looked like they were behind the moon or translucent. There was a large, not even ring about say 5 meters out from the moon and it was about 1 meter wide. It was a brownish yellow or orange color and almost reached over to Jupiter. After about a minute the clouds moved on and the ring broke up.,

Hello fellow Humans,

What if comets around the Sun were riden by archangel Mikeal and the Sun would be a Consciousness and a portal into another dimension, the dimension of Light?

Having been a scientist myself at a well-known university, I know that science has its joys but also its limitations, which are more severe than we like to admit because science has been our Western worldly paradigm for so long, and maybe too long. We are multidimensional and amazing. Maybe we can add the paradigm of the Amazing, paradigm coming from the Inner world! I do. How about you?

Christ is the Son, but maybe He is also the Sun? Beyond and below being the Infinite and the Eternal.

This is something similar to the clouds I saw early this morning. I remember now I was expecting it to be light outside and it wasn’t. The moon had black looking (like as in a volcano) clouds moving past it. Then I saw these white mottled looking clouds over to the left, probably a light brown color at the base.

When these clouds dispersed, the black looking clouds had gone and the moon then gave its light and I saw the lighter clouds and the not even (jagged) ring.

  Sometimes I have moments like this, when I am outside and alone. Strange as it sounds, with me, its trees. The is a huge beech tree near where I live. When its in full leaf and there is only a tiny breeze, it sways back and forth and you can only hear the leaves in the wind, no other sounds. It resonates in some way with me. At times like this I wonder how anyone can doubt the existence of God and feel so honoured, to simply have the ability to see, and feel it.
