January 28, 2011 – JEDDAH - The death toll has risen to 11 according to Bloomberg News. “Torrential rainfall submerged streets and cut off electricity in parts of Saudi Arabia’s second largest city Jeddah on Wednesday, raising fears of a repeat of floods in 2009 which killed more than 120 people.” -MSNBC

    This company list below that uses technology to modify the weather, has been used by Saudi Arabia in 2009-2010 & I am sure this year, to create rain for parts of the country.
    However, there are bad results, such as peoples deaths…
